Not well. On June 13, I made an appointment with Jennifer for June 26 at 2:00pm but on June 22 she emailed me that "Unfortunately, we are completely booked for near future. Perhaps you can check back in a few months." I don't really believe her explanation but I know I will not be using this company in the future.

I am a property manager. Jen (the owner) had Keisha clean 6 houses for me in about one week. About two weeks later the tenants in 2 houses moved in and found what they considered serious cleaning problems. I emailed Jen and asked her to call me so we could correct the problems. She emailed me saying there was a serious illness in her family and said she would get in touch with me soon. I told her I was sorry about her situation and would wait for her call. Two months later I had still not heard from her so wrote her saying I wanted to give it one more try. She did not respond so a week later I wrote her saying I need to speak to her before writing my Angie's List review. She immediately responded and offered a $100 refund of the $1035 I had paid her. I really wanted the 2 houses touched up, but accepted her offer. Then I wrote to her 2 months later asking for information so I could complete my tax responsibilities. No reply. I then told her I would be writing an Angie's review. She immediately responded, telling me I was inconsiderate and needed to have more compassion for her family situation. You can judge for yourself. The only time she ever responded was when I mentioned an upcoming Angie's review.

I hired this company because the owner, Jennifer, was personable and professional. She was the only one during the quote process that actually touched floors, walls, etc to assess for dirt. She addressed all of my concerns, and I hired her company. Lora came today and was excellent. She was thorough and detailed. I have used a couple other companies in the past, but my house hasn't been this clean since I cleaned it myself.

Excellent job. Theresa came and did an amazing job on our floors molding and bathrooms. We told her to ignore bedrooms... laundry etc. Specifically asked for detail in above items. She was here 4 hours a month

Jen did a GREAT job. She arrived on time and worked straight through until she was done. She is very friendly and I was comfortable having her in the home.

First visit was very good. The second visit was disappointing because the person who did the cleaning both times evidently rushed through the job and was out in 2 1/2 hours or less (I was out and came back to find that she had already left). I do feel that she was trust worthy, but not worth the price I paid. My condo is 1500 sq ft and a thorough job would take more time than that.

Excellent work. Jen and her staff are at once professional and personable. You don't find many house cleaners you can rate 100%--I think it's something about how personal that particular chore is to most of us. But I'd rate these women 100% without a doubt.
