Manny was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time for the estimate and got me a good price for gutters, guards, and fascia replacement.

They were super nice and it was a quick install. It was very straight forward and they were flexible. It was awesome but they did damage one of our solar lights. However, they were quick to replace it. The pricing was a little high but worth the extra cost.

The salesperson was excellent. However, when it came to delivering the goods ... which were overpriced... they did not honor our contract to install on 7/30 on 7/30 I was contacted saying they could not get the particular color coil needed for my project and they would call to reschedule the next week. To date.. NO ONE has contacted me to discuss the delay or reschedule. I have contacted the company NUMEROUS times and have not been able to speak with a human. I've left NUMEROUS messages in the last 3 weeks. Since our first contact.... which Angie's List recommended these folks... I have since read too many negative reviews relating very similar circumstances to our own. Buyer Beware! They do have a superior product... and I cannot comment on their installation side, as they failed to deliver on that!!! Certainly there are better ways to do business,,,, but if you're going to charge a premium price... customers expect premium customer service.

I recently had HomeCraft Gutter protection installed on my home. I cannot speak to the quality of the gutter protection, but I am incredibly dissatisfied with the quality of service I received. The installation team was supposed to arrive between 1 pm and 3 pm. Instead, they showed up at 1100 while I was at work. I did not receive a call with an updated arrival time, only a notification from my doorbell camera that they had arrived. I spoke with them over the camera, authorizing them to work. During this conversation, the crew seemed to be confused with the scope of work being provided. They thought the job was a repair, not a gutter guard install. They began to work after the confusion was cleared up. No one called me to confirm that the work had been completed. I returned home to find debris in my yard and that the gutter guard for my second story gutters had not been installed. I do not know if this was an intentional attempt to scam me or an oversight, but either way, for the price I paid for this service, I expect better. I have attempted to contact customer service and have received no response. The lack of communication is frankly very concerning; they are quick to process payments but unresponsive to customers. As an active-duty service member, I cannot always be home for projects. I depend on reliable, communicative companies, HomeCraft of North Carolina is not one of them.

They charged a senior citizen $5000 for 175 feet of gutter guard and said that was the 50% off price. The going rate is $7-$10 a foot The neighbor saw the bill and suggested to contact , as your logo is on their website
