+ -1 moreHe did okay. My tenants were there, I wasn't there during the service. He did an okay job but it was a little pricey.
Description of Work: There was a dishwasher leak and he replaced some flooring that had got damaged and re-fixed the cabinets to the wall.

+ -1 moreTom was quick to respond to come give an estimate and start the job. He takes pride in his work and does a great job. The basement-step cover is excellent and he even painted it to match the trim on the house. He's very knowledgeable and charges a fair price for the work. He is delightful to work with.
Description of Work: Built cover for outdoor basement steps; replaced threshold on outside door; repaired ill-fitting door; nailed down loose boards on deck; pressure-washed outside of house
