Heavens Best Carpet company did a great job cleaning my carpets . There were two areas that were heavy soiled they did an excellent job removing the stain . The company was on time and were very professional . I will call this company again for my carpet cleaning needs .

Great experience! I signed up for an Angie's List special for carpet cleaning in 5 rooms and stain/spot treatment for one room. I was contacted the next day and an appointment was arranged for just a couple of days later. Eddie was here right on time and was very personable and professional. He gladly added the stairs and hallway to the project for a very reasonable price and was able to get out some pet stains that I had given up on long ago! In fact, my old and long-neglected carpet now looks and smells wonderful! I would definitely recommend Heaven's Best and use them again.

I can not say enough about the professionalism and skill in which this was done. I called one day, they came out the next day and cleaned three carpets. The person who came was knowledgeable and very professional. He was on time, and did a great job cleaning carpets. They smelled and looked almost like new. He left my home looking clean and pristine. They were the best carpet cleaners I have ever used. I would use them again!

He arrived on time and got right to work. He actually finished a little early. He got everything cleaned up and set everything up to air dry correctly. Also let me know what I needed to do and when it would be done. A wonderful job.

This is a husband and wife team. They arrived on time, were very professional and I am very pleased with the results. I thought the price was exceptional for everything that was done. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Eddy was the ONLY (of four contacted) firm to respond to emails through Angie's List. I contacted him about an estimate, giving him approximate sizes, etc. He kept us informed about scheduling, and actually called on the day of scheduled work to see if he could come early - he could and did. He was in and out in about 2.5 hours - maybe a bit less. He picked up rugs several days earlier, and returned and placed them when he came to clean the carpets. He did an excellent job and was very professional His wife Debbie helped with some of the work, and did a little extra cleaning of baseboards, etc., which my wife really liked. (Hard to get behind beds, etc., if you don't have the specialized tools that Debbie used.) The rugs look like new, and carpet is clean, orderless, and it dried quickly, as promised. We will use Heaven's Best again.

I went on Angie's list and looked for carpet cleaning. Found this as one of the "Big Deals". Was very simple to check out the reviews. I was very impressed. Also easy to click and order the service. Received the email on how to contact Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning. We are not in the area but I was able to leave a detailed voice mail as well as immediate email as well. They contacted my local person very timely and were able to work with her schedule and get out to take care of the carpet cleaning quicker than I anticipated. Again I was very impressed with the fast service and great work done.

This couple was fantastic! They arrived promptly and were cheerful. They got to work promptly and finished in a timely manner. They were kind and courteous and I would definitely use them again!

Husband and wife team arrived right on time and did a walk through of what I wanted to have them clean. They got right to work and did a fantastic job of throughly cleaning everything. Their process did not leave any residue on the carpet or furniture. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I chose Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning over another service in my area. When I called Eddie he was very nice and very accommodating to my schedule. During the first call, Eddie went over with me his fee schedule and specials he was offering (which was very reasonable verses others who had cleaned our carpets before) so I knew what to expected to pay even before he came to my home. We scheduled the appointment for service. On the day of service, a winter storm came through our area. However, exactly at 9:30 am (our appointed time) Eddie rang the door bell. I was very pleased that he would keep his commitment despite the terrible weather. This was important to me since I had taken the day off work. Eddie was very professional and I was impressed with him immediately. We walked through my home and I showed him the areas I wanted cleaned. He quoted me the price which was the same price he had quoted over the phone (again I knew what the cost was going to be in the end). Eddie did a great job and I was very pleased with the way my carpet looked in the end. I found Eddie, and Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, to be very professional, dependable, and did an excellent job. I will definitely use him again. His reasonable prices will allow us to have our carpet cleaned more often.

Eddie and Debbie are wonderful to work with! They are so friendly and helpful, and they did an excellent job. I wasn't totally sure what all I wanted them to do until they arrived and explained all the options to me. They have an exact method for measuring and calculating the price of a job, so I felt like that was fair. I especially like the fact that they use products with no harsh, harmful chemical properties - in fact, that is what stood out to me when I read their reviews on Angie's List in the first place. I believe there are two different companies with the same name on the List, so be sure and look for Eddie and Debbie's company if you are contacting them based on this recommendation.

I had a leak with the drain water from the kitchen area and the sink in the half bath onto the carpet in my basement playroom. After having all the plumbing work completed, I contacted Mr. Bodford at Heaven Best. He came within the time frame that he gave and proceeded to take care of my carpet. Could not believe how quickly he completed the job and how clean the area was. The carpet is three years old now and is in better shape than it was in after the first year. He conducted himself in such a professional manner from how he obviously takes such good care of his equipment down to how neat his appearance was. He left my house smelling so fresh and clean. Totally unbelievable service. I will use this service again, can't wait to have my furniture cleaned by Mr. Bodford in the future.
