Description of Work: Horrible customer service from the office staff. The technician came out three times and inform us he would be back on Friday of the same week. When I Did not hear from them I called the office and was told they didn't have a scheduled appointment and she work speak to the technician. She called me back a stated he did not said that and I stated yes he did, she began to yell at me that he did not say that. I called my warranty company and turned them in and explained what happened and that company could not come back to my home. Aspire called American Home Shield and told them my coil was bad and the condenser need to be replaced a $ 3,000 dollar charge. I got a second opinion and all we needed was Freon, pipes cleaned and overflow pan drained. The total cost $277 dollars. Aspire tried rip me off for $ 3,000 dollars. Beware!

Description of Work: Two techs came out. Very prompt and very honest. Told me they weren't the 'people for the job' and actually recommended someone else, who i hired and was very pleased. My concern was a damp crawl space, not HVAC. However, we I need a HVAC repair, I will definitely call them. The would not charge me for a service call, even after I wanted to pay them.
