Great. See previous description.
Description of Work: We had an electrical short in one room that had happened a few times, and the third time it wouldn't let me turn the breaker back on. Saye came out and checked several rooms looking for the problem outlet. It turned out to be a stray wire that was connected to an outside outlet that had shorted when the fire pit had inadvertently been leaned against the cord and the heat melted the cord. They fixed that box and then installed outside protectors (the ones we had were origiinal to our 1980s house) on all of our outside outlets. They were thorough and fixed the problem.

Excellent.
Description of Work: I have used Bob Saye to do an overview of my electrical needs and install/repair motion lights. Although not cheap, I have always been pleased with his crew and work. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: These guys are fantastic. I had what I thought was a dangerous open electrical outlet and called them at 8:30 on Thursday night, expecting to leave a message and just get on their schedule at some point. Instead, they called back by 8:45 that same night and arranged to have a technician out at my house at noon the next day! The technician was great; very friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for their prompt service and professionalism.

Description of Work: They were very prompt. They did a fantastic job on all the items that we needed. They hung a light above our pool table, and it is perfect. Very polite and neat. As they were working, they were cleaning. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Bob.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
Description of Work: PROMISED THEY WOULD BE AT OUR HOME ON DECEMBER 1 BETWEEN 8:00AM AND 8:30AM. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK. I CALLED THEM AT 9:00AM AND LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE, THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME.

HE IS RIGHT. WE DID UNDER PERFORM AND FAILED INTERNALLY DUE TO A LACK OF COMMUNICATION AMONGST OURSELVES. IT IS RARE THAT WE DON''T COMMUNICATE BETTER WITH EACH OTHER AND THE CUSTOMER. BY THE TIME I (BOB SAYE) WAS APPRISED OF OUR FUMBLING, IT WAS ALREADY TOO LATE TO REMEDY. STEPS HAVE BEEN TAKEN SINCE THIS NEGATIVE INCIDENT TO AVOID "NO SHOWS". THIS ONE FELL THROUGH OUR CRACKS AND WE''LL TAKE IT ON THE CHIN THIS TIME AS A TRUE WAKE UP CALL.
