Our home stays cold in the living room and despite having a fireplace, wanted to plug in a space heater. But the current wiring was only 15amp. Bob came out out on an icy and cold morning and listened to what our needs were, making valuable suggestions along the way. His estimate was right on target and he was able to get the work done just a couple of days later. His crew was very professional and worked very efficiently to get the work done.

Their price were very reasonable, and they did a very good job. I would certainly use them again.

Workers were on time. Returned to help remove outlet strips to make room for new tile installation and returned to reattach after tile was set. Very considerate, neat work, willing to work with my time schedule.

Great! The electrician didn't have to drill into the wall, instead he looked into all options first. He was able to pull a different wire and reconnect the doorbell without any unnecessary drilling. He was very professional and he even put away everything he had to move to access our doorbell.

We were pleased with the overall result and price. I called around to several other companies (at least one other from Angie's List) and Bob had the most reasonable pricing. Additionally, he returned my calls promptly and although we exchanged messages, he always took the time to answer questions on my voicemail (rather than just saying "call me back") which was helpful, since we kept missing one another. I never reminded him about the Angie's List discount (listed on the website), but he took it off anyhow. Bob did say that if I didn't have junction boxes (I believe that was the term) on the lights that he was converting to ceiling fans, he would have to put them in on site. It turned out that they were needed so that was an additional charge, but he let me know about it before they proceeded. His quote was right on with what I was charged. The only issue that we encountered was that his team was an hour and a half late, but apparently there was a communication issue where they didn't get his message to begin the day at our house (and he was in a meeting and couldn't re-direct them). Considering how efficient Bob was in returning my calls, I believe that this was a rare mistake and it certainly wouldn't keep me from hiring them again.

They were very efficient and knowledgeable. We had one slight problem with the security light out front and they promptly fixed it-the morning after I called actually. The porch lights were not allowing the sensor to sense it was dark - it is a motion and light sensor fixture. They built a little shield for the sensor and now it works well.

Could not have been more pleased with the service provided by Saye. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was considerate to remove his shoes when entering the house, and completed the agreed upon work in one quick visit. Service performed included installing a new door bell chime unit that I had purchased previously at a hardware store, and installing a new transformer to support the chime under the house in the crawl space. I found the company on Angie's List and used a coupon from the monthly mailer to get a discount on the service. Very happy customer!!

They responded quickly, made an appointment for the first day that was convenient for us. The person who came out was on time, pleasant, worked efficiently and solved our problems.

Bob was prompt, professional, and pleasant. On the day of the job, his guys showed up right on time, worked efficiently, were polite, and finished promptly. They had good attention to detail and cleaned up well. I would recommend them and will use them again.

It was a great experience. Bob was very responsive. The work was done quickly and was exactly what I asked them to do. They came when they said they would and it cost exactly what they said it would. They even vacuumed all the rooms they worked in.

I was disappointed. I discussed what I wanted in detail and Mr. Saye. He was enthusiastic and had good ideas, but then I never heard from him again.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the electrician was on time and very pleasant to work with. He explained what he did to resolve both issues and I was very happy with the outcome.

My experience with them was excellent. The basement was already finished and there wasn't a dropped ceiling. They were able to do the work without carrying out a lot of the ceiling area. In other words they didn't do a lot of damage to the ceiling that I had to have repaired in order to put the wiring in. Even though they were a little higher priced than most electricians, they were so much more knowledgeable that I would pay that extra for specialty work.

It went great! I had used the services of Saye a couple of months ago and was very pleased. The technician arrived on schedule and was very professional. He assisted me in determining exactly how far above the table to hand the chandelier (the old one was far too high). He did a great job in replacing both the lighting fixture and the ceiling fan and gave me a demonstration on how to work the remote for the fan (that was a new experience for me!). I consider Saye Specialty Electric "my" electricians!

I had a handyman install a chandelier in my kitchen in April. While watching HGTV July 4, they cautioned that the weigh of the chandelier must be supported by the chain and not the wire. On examining my chandelier more closely, I could tell the some of the weigh was on the wire. After searching Angie's List and the reviews, I selected Saye Specialty Electric to check out and rehang the chandelier. I called them Friday (7/6) morning, and they scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. As it turned out, not only was the wire supporting the chandelier, but my original installer had not left any slack in the wire at the top. The electricians from Saye had to rewire my chandelier before they could rehang it. They were very professional and courteous. There was a bit of a mix up on the scheduling that morning, but they did arrive and I received apologies from not only them but from the owner. I would definitely use their services again!
