Excellent experience! Jeremy answered the phone when I called and we arranged for him to come later that same morning. He arrived promptly after calling to let me know he was on his way. As it turns out, by the time Jeremy arrived the problem had resolved itself and no repair was necessary. I felt terrible for wasting his time, but Jeremy was extremely nice about it and refused any payment.

The company responded very quickly to my garage door problem. The technician came out to our house the following day after I called and fixed the problem we were having with our garage door. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He had our garage door fixed in no time. The invoice said he reset residential off track, repaired photo sensor wires, reset spring tension and adjusted belt tension. He serviced a 16X7 garage door. The bill came to $320.25. I gave this company all A's except in pricing. I may be wrong but I thought we paid just a tad to much. We are still happy customers and have had no problems with our garage door. The date of service was 9/13/2017 and I am leaving this review on 11/21/2017

Used three times so far. Always courteous and professional. Love the soft rollers over the scratchy metal, but know that the toll is smoother and quieter with an insulated garage door. Also had them replace a broken spring using an Angie's lust offer. Great savings and good to know exactly what The cost is.

Great! Jeremy came out same afternoon and replaced the spring. He noted that rollers were worn, but would last awhile. Price was good on new rollers with lifetime warranty so had that done, too. He was very professional and personable. Honored the Angie's List coupon. Highly recommend.

He offered to help on the phone as it seemed like a minor issue so that I would not be charged. I really appreciated this even though it turned out to be something requiring someone coming to the house. He was quick and efficient. The price was more than was expected even with the coupon. I would use their services again.

They came out on a saturday. The garage door is great. I will probably use them again when I have the other one replaced. Service garage installed, new motor, replaced trim on left side of door. This guy literally came out right after Christmas. He literally came out the day we called him or the day after. He came out right away.

I left a message late Saturday, he was there first thing Monday morning and came back 24 hours later and installed a new door, keypad, springs, tracks and trim for far less than I expected. Prompt, professional and courteous, I would definitely recommend them!
