Description of Work: We have used them for years! They've replaced a couple of AC units for us during the summer season. They will come in before the winter season and to come out and check the filters.

Description of Work: I had been told by Dan King/One Hour that I had a severe coolant leak and needed to replace my entire A/C and furnace, to the tune of about $9000. GTM checked my system and said if there was a leak at all it was minor and I would be fine just filling up the coolant, at least for another year or two. The A/C has been running much better this summer and they saved me thousands of dollars. I'd consider them efficient and trustworthy.

+ -1 moreGreg, Todd, and Mark with GTM Mechanical have all been to my home on several different occasions over the past few years. As usual, things happen going into a weekend so the last time I had to call them on Friday morning and by early afternoon the same day they were at my home. They found a problem with my upstairs heat pump. It required ordering a part and they were able to return early the next week and repaired the problem. I am a senior citizen with a two-story home that requires two systems to heat and cool my home properly. The systems are far from new and I have appreciated them being able to keep them going a little longer without having to spend money on new systems at this point in my life. I am happy for the day I saw their truck in my neighborhood and got their phone number. I have been impressed with their professionalism and their prices are more than fair. I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: They repaired an issue with my heat pump without overwhelming me with details that I would not have understood anyway. My air conditioning works - I'm happy!
