Chris arrived on time. He assessed the situation and explained what he would do to find the leak. He kept me updated each time he found something, and eventually identified the cause of the leak. It was prepared quickly, and cleanly. Chris responded quickly to my initial call, and answered any questions I had about the leak and surrounding areas. Very professional, very courteous. I would definitely hire again when needed!

Chris is great - we set up appointment thru Angie's list messages and texts - He was here on time and once again did a great job - He installed a new sink and pedestal we ordered off amazon and re-installed the toilet. Ended up a previous plumber installed two mismatched toilet parts (bowl did not go with tank) but he was able to get them to work together. Chris is terrific and we highly recommend his services.

Chris is extremely good at what he does. The quality of his work is superior to none. I admire his professionalism and his work ethic. You cannot go wrong with Chris Huneycutt! I highly recommend him.

I had already got estimate from another plumber of approximately $600. They said the sink would need to be taken out to install the faucet. This seem right since I had installed the old one 15 years ago by myself. Chris installed it in about an hour and saved me $450. I'm calling him first next time.

Chris showed up on time and removed the gas logs and capped the gas line. We have used him before for other plumbing needs and he is always responsive and easy to work with.

We just purchased a home and one of the showers heads did not work. Chris came out and noticed that the shower was not installed correctly. He fixed it and checked all the faucets and showers in the house. He just charged is consultation fee. He did a great job.

Chris was very polite on easy to work with. He was responsive when I called him and was patient as I asked him questions about my situation. He kept to his appointment time and finished the job in a timely manner and it looks like he did a good job. I felt like his price was fair. Thanks Chris!

Great experience. He directed us to an appliance person, since we need a specific valve for a Kitchenaid dishwasher. Had us write down the model and serial number to pass on the the appliance rep. Great guy, kind, considerate, been in business for 18 years.

Chris contacted me and we arranged for him to go by at his convenience since the faucet was on the outside. The vacuum breaker wasn't allowing water to flow through, so I asked him to either remove the vacuum breaker or replace the faucet. I told him that if he had to replace the faucet and it was a simple fix to go ahead and do it and just leave the invoice in the mailbox. He came by on the day he said he would, I was at work he replaced the faucet without needing to call me. When I got home the work was done and the invoice was in the mailbox.

It worked out fine. We have never had any problems with anybody we have ever picked up with Angie's List. They were prompt, did exactly what we needed to have done, and we had no problems with it.

On the late evening of 6/10, one of the valves in my bathroom burst. After shutting the water off to the house and cleaning up most of the mess I called Chris at 7:00 am the next morning. He was able to fit me in first thing and was at my door by 7:45. He replaced both valves. A flood in any home is not pleasant and Chris made it a lot easier for us to make it through the day with our water restored to the house. Chris was very professional and I would strongly recommend him.

Our toilet was leaking from under the base. I suspected the wax ring was leaking as it only occurred when flushing. Chris pulled the toilet off the flange and showed me what the problem was. Shoddy work on the part of the builder (who is out of business). Chris was prompted and charged a fair price. He was extra careful and respectful of our house (he removed his shoes). He went the extra mile to ensure no scratching, denting or water damage. His workmanship was careful and methodical - when he was finished - he did not leave until he was satisfied there were no leaks.

Excellent. I was prepared to pay much more but Chris suggested that he perform the job as time and materials. Chris arrived promptly at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. He was very attentive to my explanation of what the problem was. He analyzed the problem, explained what he was doing and was very through in his analysis. Excellent experience.

Quickly diagnosed the source of the knocking pipes and replaced. Cleaned out drain and it drains much more quickly now.

It went pretty good. I used them because they were on Angie's List and they were local. They were nice and friendly. They were professional and everything went good. The quality was as expected...it was good. They were on time which a lot of people aren't now. Everything was top notched.

Chris called immediately when contacted. A job before mine ran longer and he called to ascertain if a delay for the day was acceptable or if I wished to schedule another day. Took special precautions to keep work area clean and protected from water leaks.

Chris is a great plumber. I would recommend him to anyone. A little over a year ago we were in the middle of remodeling our bathrooms and upgrading faucets. The company we were contracted with had a plumber they use for their projects. That plumber totally messed up putting in the faucet for our bathtub and stripped the threading. Late on a Saturday night the faucet started sprouting water all over the place. I was in desperate need of a good plumber and couldn't get in touch with anyone. My son gave me chris' name and number. He guided me over the phone on what to do and that he'd come out on Sunday to assess what we needed to do. He came out and we hired him to finish the project as the other plumber had made a mess. Chris had to cut out a tile in the newly tiled shower and worked in a very small hole to fix the mess the other plumber made. He was polite, and always on time. He explained each step of the project and we were well satisfied with the job he did. We hired him to also install a new hot water heater and garbage disposal at that house as we were in the process of getting ready to sell. It. He discussed all options with us as far as the water heater and even told us it didn't need to be replaced yet as it was still in good working condition even though it was almost 14 years old. Throughout both jobs he was always on time, thoroughly explained everything and even went over how to take care of each. After selling that house we are now in our new home. We were having issues with the garbage disposal and once again, I called Chris. Since he knows that I take care of my dad he offered to pick up the garbage disposal for me and bring it with him when he came to install it. He discussed what type he'd recommend and the other options. He arrived on time, and gave me a call prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. He is a true professional and truly cares about his clients. I had a couple questions about a few other things around the house and he took his time to go over my concerns. He made sure I knew where the main water turnoff valve is located at our new house as well as other items of importance I should know about. Our daughter also hired him in the past for some plumbing issues at her townhouse. Being single and living alone I felt very comfortable with chris going to her house to take care of the plumbing issues there. Chris has become our family plumber.

This is a 1960's house with a breezeway with the washer/dryer in a room off of the breezeway. It was the cold water old galvanized pipe that was buried in the ground. Four hand valves were installed in and the cold water was re-rouided to the washing machine from the gold water to re hot water. This has been working satisfactorily for about a year now.

Chris was very professional and was able to come make the repair within 24 hours of my call. He was careful to do the work and not make a mess. I will use him again for my future plumbing needs.

Two years ago our standard hot water tank died. Chris Huneycutt was called by me since one of my friends gave me his number. I did not check Angie's List! He said that we needed a new hot water tank and a tankless one was the way to go. I should have checked into this! He installed one for $6000. Left the manual on the floor of the garage and that was it. Well, two years later over the weekend we had no hot water! I called him and he told me that all tankless hot water heaters need to be serviced every 1-2 years!!!!! I about fell over! I told him he did not make that clear to us otherwise I would not buy one that every two years needed service or it would not work!!! He says he told us. No way! I never would have agreed to it. He proceeded angerily to tell me that I should have read the manual and it was in there!!!I He sent out his brother (troy) to service the call. Troy arrived 1.5 hours later and started yelling at me and that I should have read the manual and started giving me page numbers I would have know this! I was so scared!! I was home alone! He was a mad man! I told him to stop yelling at me! I was shaking inside!! I told him to just fix it and I got inside the house. I got my manual out and there was NO mention that the heaters need to be serviced!!! I brought the book out to show him and he had EGG on his face! He called the company in charlotte and they told him that THEY don't need to be serviced annually and that is why there is no mention in my manual!!!!!!!!! So I was no longer the fool I told him! He apoligized but it was too late. I just wanted him out of my house and wanted hot water again. I will never use them again. They are dishonest and not trustworthy. I would also not recommend getting a tankless water heater unless you are willing to pay $200 a year which is what I had to pay and he said that the NEW ones in 2012 are now an annual service! How is this better for the consumer? Just the plumbers!

I called CHRIS HUNEYCUTT PLUMBING, he's an individual and he is the only person I trust and does quality work. The only thing that made sense in this house since I moved here. He takes off his shoes, he's good to my dog, he gives a fair price and anything he does never has to be fixed again. I am totally impressed with this kid. He's a hard worker, he does everything absolutely right. Beyond right. Beyond anything I've seen. He is respectful, he respects your home, he gives a fair price, he does a quality job at a fair price. I can't begin to describe this kid. I paid more for him to have somebody come in and give me a pressure regulator and finally I'm not paying out, this kid is absolutely wonderful. I never met anybody in all the seven homes I've owned that did things like this kid. It's the most remarkable thing. This kid I would love to have work for me, great kid, respectful, more than just doing a job. This kid is like amazing, great work, great price, respectful. I can't say enough about him. I wish they would all do work like that.
