oriental rug cleaning
+ -1 moreAnthony Esposito, the owner/operator of Quality Textile Services, provided excellent profession service on this carpet. His opinion on the probable inability to remove urine damage, already cleaned once by another professional cleaner, was accurate. The replacement of the fringe, which had been badly chewed and which had almost reached the actual carpet fibers, is beautiful. Anthony took time to advise me on another rug I had which was basically not worth cleaning or repairing. He gave me names and addresses of local auction houses to look for a reasonable replacement, which I found. His instruction on the basics of Oriental carpets was very helpful in my search. Anthony was professional and nice to deal with, and the quality and reasonable cost of his service is without question. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and will use him in the future for my other Oriental carpets.
Description of Work: Cleaned a 4.6 ft round Chinese carpet and replaced the fringe, carefully restoring the edge where a puppy had chewed the old fringe.
