+ 1 moreClaude was aware of the time contraints that we were under. He completed all of the work within the required time frame. We were able to move in with no worries. There was never any concern on our part that the work would be completed on time. All of the workers were professional and very good at what they did. I would hire this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them for any building or remodel job.
Description of Work: Extensive water damage to a house we purchased. They fixed the original/cause of the problem. Replaced the ceiling in the kitchen, put tile in the kitchen, fixed the damaged walls, replaced the wood floor that was damaged.

Description of Work: Grasperge construction remodeled our master-suite, completing a new master bath with a large beautiful walk-in shower, adding new cabinetry, tub, granite etc etc, They raised the ceiling in the master bedroom adding a trey ceiling. Claude oversaw all work and all subs. We also replaced double pane windows and an atrium door, had duct work cleaned and attic insulation added. All of their workers were professional, and all work was top quality. Claude demands quality from all of his subs.. Jeanne knows where all the best design materials are and helps you go through the ever daunting process of picking design elements (fixtures etc). Claude and Jeanne take the stress out of having remodeling work done.

+ -1 moreHe is an excellent builder. He is very good. He is an excellent builder and a handsome builder. He is totally involved in the house. He keeps his work load low so that he is integrally involved in his work. He has been doing the work for about twenty five years. He has done about thirty to forty houses about million and a quarter that I know of. I'm a realtor and whenever anyone needs a contractor, I always recommend Paul. He is very good. He has done a lot of small things for me and he has faired in that, apart from the big things. I haven't used anyone else. I would use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used Grasperge Construction to build my house ten years ago. I use them a lot. I used him probably a year ago in July or August. He replaced some light fixtures and work on the outside of the house for me.

+ -1 moreIt was wonderful. It couldn't have gone better. They were very professional. All the workers were extremely skilled. The supervisor was always double checking everything. They came every day early and stayed the whole day. They didn't come in and then leave and not come back for a couple of days. The people just worked right through the job. They were excellent.

He and his crew are professional in every regard and the craftsmanship was splendid. Jeanne provided us with designing assistance, helping us with everthing from fixture selection to color choices. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Grasperge Construction for any of your remodelling needs.
Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel job. Tore out old tub/shower, sink, cabinets and toilet. Installed new ceramic tile shower, fixtures, cabinet, sink and toilet. Tiled bathroom floor. Installed new recessed lighting. Installed granite countertop.
