+ -1 moreVery impressive initial engagement. Disappointed that unable to provide reliable quality on a day to day basis. Leadership team is very strong but ranks thin quickly and cleaning crew competency and reliability varies greatly.

+ 1 moreJonathan arrived on time, did all the work above, and left the premises without making any kind of mess. We have used him at least a half dozen times, exclusively and will use him again.
Description of Work: Cleaned our upper A-frame windows, inside and outside. Cleaned inside and outside as well as our screens on the lower level. Vacuumed high shelves and top of refrigerator, window sills, and ceiling fans.

Description of Work: First, they were on time, second, they were courteous, careful in every respect with all aspects of the job. They did a great job and cheerfully. They took the appropriate amount of time and care with each room. I have had other steam cleaners before this and none came close to the efficiency and care they put into the work. The customer service went over and above my expectations. They went the extra mile in one of my issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them - to me it was A++++!
