We always take care of our homeowners no matter the size of the job. Cast iron drain lines are great but will eventually thin out and break. PVC drain lines are plastic and there are no known issues with wearing out or rusting through. PVC drain lines will be in your home for a long time and we stand behind that with our 10 year parts and labor warranty. You can rest assured that we did everything to make sure your drain system will be in there for a long time and that is why I am confident in offering such a long warranty. Description of Work: I called from my mountain home on a Friday night with a sink problem. Eric said he could come later that night or on Saturday. When we told him our specific problem, he talked us through the repair and we fixed it ourselves. Eric, you're our plumber from here on out.

Description of Work: First of all, the provider answered the phone. This is definitely not true of all service providers. A quick appointment was scheduled. Josh was the tech and did a fantastic diagnostic. The recommended treatment was done the following week. Even delays of 10 minutes are called in by phone. All went so well that we decided to buy a new water heater from them. Installation was completed the day of service and inspected by Chris at our convenience the following week. As our plummer has retired, we are happy to have found this reliable new service !!!

With all of our drain cleanings we always offer a free camera inspection to make sure we cleaned the pipe properly as well as inspect for defects. This is always important in making sure your stoppage won't happen again. I am so glad that once he was done he was able to look at your water heater and have it replaced as well. At 20 years old that water heater was definitely at the end of its life and it was a great idea to replace that water heater before it flooded your home. An old water heater usually ruptures at the welds and will continue to flood your home until the water supply is shut off. This can be devastating. Not only is your sewer line having issues, then you find out we will need to dig up your yard to replace it. Most sewer line replacements can be completed in one or two days to ensure that our homeowners get a functioning sewer back as quickly as possible. We do things a lot differently from our competitors. We hold ourselves to the highest standard possible when installing a septic system. In NC it is legal for a septic contractor to use duct tape and corrugated gutter pipe to install a drainfield. It is obvious that duct tape will not last very long buried in the earth and a future issue will arise. That is why we install our septic systems to plumbing code requirements. These codes are much stricter and require us to use much more durable materials. I know you will be pleased with your plumbing and septic work.
