It went perfectly from start to finish! We called to schedule an estimate. One thing I love about All About Plumbing, is that a person has always answered when I've called. No leaving a message and hoping someone will get back to me. From there, we got Joe scheduled to come out for an estimate. We didn't have to wait long for the appointment either. Joe was at our house within a day. Here is something I want to point out about this company. Their estimate is the cost, no matter what. In the past, I've known of other contractors who give a price, then as the job progresses, the price changes. Well this is NOT the case with All About Plumbing! The price they give you does not change. So when I schedule with them, I know exactly what to expect. Another point I want to mention--All About Plumbing is prompt! I've used them for 5 different jobs, some small and some large. In my experience the plumber has arrived on time. I really appreciate this because it shows that this company respects my time and that they are serious about whatever job I have at my residence. Another thing I love about All About Plumbing...the character of the employees. So far, we have scheduled our jobs with Joe--He has done all of our work and we like having someone who knows us,and our house doing the work. We are grateful that All About Plumbing has accommodated our preference to schedule with Joe. However, if for some reason Joe could not be scheduled with at our house, I would feel comfortable having any of their staff members in my home. This company is top notch, and I'm confident that all employees will be honest, hard working, proficient and professional. All jobs (large and small) that All About Plumbing has done, were successfully completed and we have been very satisfied with the work, (which they guarantee by the way). We've had them help us with small leaks up to installing a water softener. Whatever the scope of the job, we have been very pleased. To summarize, All About Plumbing has proven that they are a stellar company. They get to the estimate quickly. The price they give on the estimate is the price...period. The staff arrives on time ready to work. They are professional and very competent. Regardless of the size of the job, this company is serious about doing the work right. I simply cannot say enough good things about them. A plumbing problem is stressful, so I reduce the stress by going with the people I KNOW can take care of my work quickly and correctly at the price given on the estimate. All About Plumbing is the only company we consider calling. When we see Joe arrive, we know we will be satisfied with the work.

They were excellent. The first day I talked to them, they were able to come to my home to give me an estimate. Our hot water heater was dying, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to simply replace it, or if I wanted to try a tankless heater. They were very knowledgable, and gave me a detailed estimate for both the tank and the tankless water heater. The estimate included two sizes of the tankless heaters. The installation was scheduled for just a couple of days later. They arrived on time and worked all day until the installation was complete. I was very impressed with their professionalism, their punctuality, and their really nice "southern manners"!! They are, definitely, at the top of my list for "plumbers".

Very well done. We are very reliable and I have always been pleased with the work. They have done work on our house 3 times and each time they were really great. I have had very bad experiences with other companies but these guys are really great.

went well, just the cost was more than I expected, especially with the $25.00 coupon from Angie's list. My wife said they had to provide some parts for the bathroom sink to get the faucet to stop leaking.

Several different plumbers came over the course of the extensive restoration effort. Each was highly competent, professional, and effective. The cost is a guess since this work was included in the overall estimate for the full job (and I have misplaced the itemized costs). Overall they took out the toilet so the floor work could begin and replaced the toilet and the two-sink vanity after the floor was completed. In addition, a seal which violated code was replaced. During the final stages, one of the individuals also did some other work for me. I was highly impressed with this business and the individuals who work there.

Copper line into our water heater burst early in the morning. I called and spoke with Caleb who advised that he could have someone out to me that same day and that he would call back by lunch time to let me know better when someone could be here. He called back right at 12:00 noon to advise that someone would be here within the next hour and a half, then called again about an hour later to let me know that the service man was on his way. The service man was very professional, sized up the problem very quickly and giving me an estimate. He also noted another potential problem and gave an estimate for that. Within 45 minutes he had completely repiped the water heater, adding two new valves. I very much appreciated how Caleb kept me informed and with the quality of the work.

Ryan R. showed up in a timely manner after contact. I felt the initial estimate for putting a 1 ft section of PEX to replace the connection was high, but the services he provided to go to Lowes to get the pressure switch to complete the repair late in the evening made up for it. He was very friendly.

The service was really good. The part failed that they installed and they came quickly and replaced it under warranty. The guy was really professional and he did a good job. I have no complaint's at all.

The service went very well. They were very prompt and they do pride themselves on being on time and on schedule. They did good work and the guy was easy to work with and he was knowledgeable as well. They are the best plumbers that I have ever had. The price was what they quoted and it was fair for the work they did. They were very professional to work with. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job and I would recommend them. I was impressed by the tools they have and the materials that they used.

Chris Wilson provided a quote by phone for labor based on his inspection during a prior project. Chris arrived as scheduled and had all toilets replaced by noon. No surprises. Chris was polite and professional throughout.

Chris Wilson came out on Friday, decided what was necessary and provided a price. He arranged for the plumbing permit. His plumbers came out Monday and completed the piping around dinner time. Chris returned on Tuesday and applied the pressure test. The inspector performed inspection Wednesday morning, and Chris's plumbers finished connecting the appliances in the afternoon. Chris and his plumbers were very polite and professional throughout.

He did some outstanding work for us. We have nothing but praise to give him.

They did a good job. They came out and did the job quickly. They told me what it would cost beforehand and that ended up being the actual cost.

It went very well. Chris continued to ask about how things were going and made sure we understood how things were going throughout the process. Chris and Nate cleaned up through the work time. They were very respectful of our house. The work looks great and it works as promised. As well they provide a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. It was not cheap but worth every penny. They did everything possible to minimize issues like not having water for long periods of time. It was great to have someone plan so well.

They installed the toilet upstairs. When the inspector came out, it did not pass inspection not being sealed. That alone was enough for the toilet not to pass inspection without further investigation. They did move the toilet flange ok. They did not move the water line. They installed 2 faucets telling me a brand new out of the box faucet was defective as the water pressure had gone done to a trickle. When I called the manufacturer, they said the plumber needs to clean the screen of pebbles, and the next day when the plumber did that, the faucet then worked. When installing the new 2 bowls, the hole in the countertop needed to be enlarged slightly, and the plumber spent the good part of the day enlarging the hole on the right without measuring anything. He then installed the bowl on the left and the drawer below was fine. He left the job as "completed" with the 2 bowls not matching their position on the countertop one being more forward than the other, a drawer not closing, not moving the water line, and not passing inspection on the toilet upstairs. Further he ruined my tiled countertop that matched other tile in the room, and not being able to match the tile, the only remedy was to match the granite nearby which I have an estimate for $710. The company was paid $1581. I had to hire Four Seasons Plumbing to redo the installation of the toilet upstairs and they found All About Plumbing had cracked the flange in the toilet upstairs as the bolt was not holding. Four Seasons had to complete the move of the water line, the installation of the vanity, the single bowl and faucet. I requested a refund from All About Plumbing and they told me I COULD STICK IT UP MY $ss. Wow, they do bad work AND talk to you like that, too? I asked for a refund for the work not completed, for the installation of the toilet that could not pass inspection, and for the faucet and bowl installation that was of no value as they had wrecked my countertop and it now needed to be replaced. First they sent me a check for $26, which I will not cash. Then they offered a $200-ish refund toward my expense of the new countertop, which I will not cash either. If you want a super lousy job and aggravation galore, this is the company to call.

He was really good and very responsive. He was very courteous, extremely conscientious and informative. He also offer free inspections. He is extremely professional.
