Richard was prompt and very helpful. In addition to completing the replacement of the leaking valve quickly and efficiently, he reviewed some of our other questions and gave quotes for some additional work of a more significant nature that he will perform in the near future.

The company was unable to perform the tasks I needed done due to regulations. However, with other companies not even responding I wanted to submit a review for their professional, courteous and quick response. I will use this company in the future should I ever have any plumbing problems other than septic and spring.

As ours is an older house, I was concerned that the supply line might have to be replaced. Richard did a good job of repairing the leak and assuring me that supply line was not rusted out.

Serviceman showed up on time. Reviewed entire situation, Plumbing pipe runs and traps, investigated main floor plumbing. Showed utmost concern for saving the customer money... while still giving professional remedy to problem(s). Even gave us a free sewer pipe piece... to make sure no sewer gas was coming into home! The technician could not unclog the line but charged me anyway. Also, I felt like instead of offering a permanent fix I got a sale pitch for more expensive services: jetter and camera diagnostics. I already had the hydro scrub done by Mr. Rooter which they claimed would solve the problem. It did not. After a lengthy explanation with the owner I finally got an estimate to replace the entire line. It was $6100, which according to them could not be done without cleaning the pipes and running the camera through first. I was told that the water line would have to be replaced as well. |I found a plumber that did not charge me for the first visit and his estimate to replace the sewer line was $1500.

On January 7, thousands of people in Henderson County lost power and had frozen pipes bursting left and right. We called around everywhere to see if we could get our pipe repaired. While we ended up getting repairs done by another company, All Plumbing was very courteous and understanding, extremely apologetic for not being able to get to us right away - like so many other plumbing companies, they were unimaginably busy that day. They added us to the waiting list and promised to check on us once their own schedule cleared up at least a little bit. They were as good as their word and called us within a few hours to see how we were doing. While our repairs were completed by then, I always remember a company that keeps its word and follows through on promises.

They were there quickly, and handled the problem. It was a Sunday.

All About Plumbing made the repairs to broken pipe the same day I called them. They stayed in contact as to their arrival time as they said they would and ended up showing up a bit earlier than promised. The repairs were reviewed, I was provided a complete quote, and the repairs made all in about 1 1/2 hours.

Performed work well - satisfied with quality of work Only problem- they cut electric line to exterior light standard when they installed underground soil line. They said they would reconnect it but after 4 follow up calls the work remains uncompleted. Very disappointing.

I had catastrophic water damage in my downstairs. They came out, gave me an estimate, and helped with my insurance company. If they had not explained how the water heater triggered the problem, my insurance company would probably have not paid for repairs. I would definitely use them again.

We are a transitional home for homeless women and children. Today one of our storage rooms flooded and a bathroom toilet backed up. I looked on Angie's List and saw All About Plumbing with it's positive ratings. It was after 9:30 pm. Carl answered the emergency line when I called. When I told him about the problem he said he would be right there. He arrived in about 20 minutes!!! When we showed him the problem he knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it. The women were able to use their bathrooms again and there was no more water coming in the storage room. After talking to Carl about the issue I learned that this has been a very busy week for them. With the recent weather being so cold there are broken pipes all over Asheville. He had just finished working an 80 hour week. But even with that kind of a grueling work schedule he never for a moment showed any hesitation about coming in to help us immediately. It is very difficult to find that level of quality work and superior customer service. Then, to top it all off, when he gave me the bill there wasn't even any overtime surcharges for working on a Sunday night. I cannot say enough good things about this company or Carl. If I could give them an A++++ I would.

They ran new gas lines the entire length of house & then installed gas range & dryer. Installed new venting for dryer. Replaced three toilets. They were amazing! I highly recommend them. Very professional. Extremely responsive. I will always use them. We have future plans for bathroom & kitchen renovations and will use All About Plumbing.

About a month ago we used them and it was great service. Just one plumber came out and took him about an hour. He was nice and courteous. He was also on time. This was the first time we had used this provider.

The work they did was they came out and did an inspection. This was on a leak that ended up being under warranty. One plumber came out to do the inspection and he was very courteous. He was also on time and I was very surprised that he let me know that it was warranty work. They also gave me an estimate for completely different job as well.

I have used them more than once. The first time I used them they fixed a small plumbing repair. The second time they installed a sink for me during a renovation. They gave me an estimate for the work I wanted done at a good price. They got everything done on time; in one day. They showed up on time, they were efficient, and let me know in how to save some money.

The service provider was very professional. He arrived on time, appraised what we wanted to have completed and offered the bid. He bagan work the next day, installed the gas line and scheduled the inspection. He returned the following day and completed the installation of the range and also the removal of the old kitchen faucet and the install of the new faucet. This company will be our first choice for any plumbing/gas related jobs.

We have well water, and they installed a water treatment system to remove most of the sulfur from the water. It works well.
