They did a great job, however plumber had to come back to fix a small leak that reappeared. After that, everything has been perfectly dry - no water. Very responsive, very professional. I'll use them again when I need a plumber.

Great guy --- on time - kept appointment that was made a week earlier. I didn't have to call or anything - which is unusual with a lot of home renovation people. Very professional and personable.

Once I made the request, Nate Rice of the company contacted me almost immediately after the request was sent to the company. He established an appointment time and arrived shortly before the agreed upon time. Nate was very professional and friendly at the same time. When the problem was identified, we agreed on the price. He had to leave to get the new toilet but when he came back a short time later, he took out the old toilet and installed the new one. He was very quiet and the installation was done smoothly almost to the point we did not realize he was even there. Nate left no evidence behind of any mess that had been made during the job so it was just like he had never been there. After the installation, the bill was presented and while that was being taken care of, we had a very nice chat about things on our minds and then he left. We were most satisfied with his work and would hire him again in a heartbeat should a problem arise.

Everything was terrific considering I had on water leak. Richard was very caring and informative. He is certainly trustworthy and I am thankful he was our service rep.

I cannot say enough good things about All About Plumbing. First, their people are outstanding! Richard Wade arrived a day before the work took place, assessed my needs, and gave me options to make everything work. He wrote a professional estimate, detailing each step and providing options to keep the price reasonable given the size of the job. The next day he and Nate showed up on-time, ready to work, and they didn't stop until the job was completed. All work areas were cleaned and other than having a new hot water heater in my laundry room, you could not tell any work had been done at all. Richard and Nate were friendly, courteous, considerate of our requirements, and overall just good guys. Some long hours were put into this work and they worked with me on scheduling around the electrician to ensure hot water was always available in the house. Evan the plumber was terrific. He gave accurate advice and information about what was probably causing the leak and what I could do to possibly reduce the leakage. He was available to do this after 5:30 on Friday and he came at 9 the next morning to diagnose and then repaired the leak.

The Dispatch Officer said that he could arrange for an estimate the same day (today). He let me know in advance the name of the plumber who he would be dispatching. Joe arrived promptly and was very courteous. I had the parts and the bill reflected this, which I appreciated. The job was done the same day and all appears to be well.

Richard came immediately and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Richard was a hard worker, performed all repairs scheduled plus the well which we didn't know needed repair.

Richard Wade came out very promptly and gave an estimate prior to repair. Once I gave him the go ahead he made the repairs in a very professional manner. I would recommend him to everyone.

I called in the morning and they said they could have someone come out around 9. At a few minutes before 9, the plumber arrived. He discussed the options for unclogging the toilet and wrote up a price. If the first step of the process did not work, he explained that the toilet would then need to be taken out, which would involve more money. Luckily, the router he brought unclogged the toilet, and the whole process took about 20 minutes.

It went very well. Richard Wade was very professional and helpful. He was willing to come out late on a Saturday afternoon and called us as he finished one job to let us know he was on the way. We would use All About Plumbing again.

We have a terrible problem with iron in our well water. The technician, Evan Rhinehart, gave us several options to consider and answered all our questions after we called him out on a Sunday due to a leak in a filter system we already had in the home. He spent at least 45 minutes answering questions for us and never charged us for that Sunday appointment. He left that day promising to get back to us with some estimates based on what we discussed by Tuesday - and come Tuesday - he called and gave us the estimates. He thoroughly explained the options again and we selected to have him install a new filtering system. We set up the appointment with the very friendly scheduler, Caleb, for 9:00AM on April 29th - and Evan arrived at EXACTLY 9:00 AM - ready to go to work. Evan was very polite, detail oriented and did a terrific job. He answered my questions about the new system, cleaned up EVERY speck from his work areas and thanked me for our business! He is a real professional! I chatted with him about the family business All About Plumbing and he shared how the owners are so respectful of their employees, are always fair, very honest and reward with bonuses and meals as extra ways of showing appreciation. This was VERY impressive - you don't hear this very often where the business owners are not only focused on their clients but on their employees as well. I told Evan he and All About Plumbing have a client for life with me and my family! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Did great work . Showed up on same day I called. Was very professional. Only negative I had was the price. I called them around noon and they arrived within an hour. I have never had a plumber respond that quickly.

Fine. I gave you all the details shortly after the service was performed. You then started to bug me for a review. I did the whole review over again. You then sent me an email saying I couldn't review the same service again. STILL, I keep getting requests to review ALL ABOUT PLUMBING. PLEASE STOP

Richard provided great service, arriving on time and explaining what he needed to do and in what order. At end of projects, explained what we need to do to keep items in working order in future.

Completely redid a badly installed water heater. Putting all of the required regulators and valves then cleaned up the area. They are returning today to look a t a different problem with the kitchen sink. My husband would not have asked that they return to do ANYTHING if he did not feel that they were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He worked as a plumber in Miaimi with his father and uncle so he knows what should be done. Very impressed with this outfit.
