All About Plumbing & Septic

Chris was waiting on me when I arrived at the units to be pumped. He and Tim were very courteous and listened to me and then set to work pumping 2 septic tanks for me that we had uncovered. They even layed paper under their truck to be sure nothing was dropped out. Cleaned tank completely in prompt time. Will definitely use them for future use as I have 40 tanks to pump every 5 years.

I called them and within like ten minutes, he had a guy at my house which is amazing. He unclogged a pipe for me. He answered his phone right away and he was telling me about how they work weekends and they don't do an extra charge for a weekend, which I thought was like really amazing. I didn't use that but he was telling me about that. It was mainly how quick they were able to get to my house, it was awesome. The gentleman joe was the guy that worked on it for me, and he called me with pricing and all of the details. He was really good in calling me and letting me know, and then he called me again when he was all done to confirm that he'd finished. He was very personable and professional. I thought the pricing was a bit high.

Sunday/holiday weekend. Technician Carl was here 1 hr after initial call. Fabulous service.

He was good. He came when he promised, did what he promised and charged what he promised. I had used him before.

I knew going through Angie's list would get us someone good since we are not from the area. All About Plumbing had MANY great reviews about prompt response and professional work, and they were right. I called Tuesday morning and spoke to Caleb. He told me someone would be available around 1:00. Richard called us about noon, saying he was on his way. When he arrived my husband told him our concerns. He assessed the water heater and informed us of three concerns. He also assessed the path from the street to our house. Since we are proactive, instead of reactive, we decided to go ahead and replace our water heater and pressure valve instead of waiting for an emergency. Richard told us he would be back later in the afternoon (since he had 2 more appointments scheduled) with what he needed and make the replacement. He called letting us know he was on his way. When he arrived he told my husband about how long it would take. The time was within minutes of his estimate. Richard left the garage clean and tidy. He showed my husband what we needed to know about the new water heater. He also went over the guarantee and warranty. We plan on having All About Plumbing evaluate our entire home plumbing since we purchased a home that had been vacant for a couple years. I would recommend All About Plumbing, and Richard, to anyone with plumbing concerns.

I called All About Plumbing yesterday, 8/27/2014 in the morning to have someone come and give me an estimate on replacing my hot water heater. Richard came out around 2pm gave me an estimate and Richard went and got the replacement heater and had it installed the same day. Richard works efficiently and does a great job. Thanks Richard

A superb experience from start to finish. Reached Caleb on a holiday to explain that we found our 1 toilet was leaking. Alex, the scheduler, called us back within 10 minutes to set up an appointment with Richard, who was there in an hour and a half.

Richard showed up on time. Provided an estimate and made the required repairs.

Called at 11 am and arrived 1:30 pm and completed job by 3 pm. Serviceman was very helpful and pleasant. Very efficient. Richard was excellent.

The plumbers showed up on time and did an excellent job of removing our old water heater and installing a new one. They were very professional in their workmanship. The new water heater was installed much better than the original one that came with the house. Very satisfied and would use them again.

Chris was my initial contact who came to house for initial free estimate. Very punctual, very professional and was very thorough in his assessment of my project. Gave me details regarding his plan for the project; did not rush while here; answered all questions. Richard and Tim did the actual work on 7/24/14 and 7/25/14. They were punctual, very pleasant and professional. They worked the first day at least 9 hrs of which it rained 7 of those 9 hours. Even though they were doing a lot of backbreaking digging due to the terrain next to my house, they remained pleasant and professional. I was on a community well. My neighbors water was initially restored. About an hour after Richard left, my neighbor messaged me to say they no longer had water. This was about 6:30 p.m. I called the office and was told that Richard would return to assess problem. Neighbor thought that possibly the thunderstorm had tripped the well house breaker switch. Richard returned directly to the neighbor's house. It did turn out to be the severe thunderstorm causing the breaker to trip. My neighbor said that Richard was very nice and stayed until was assured they had water. The next day Tim came back to start backfilling the trench after the inspector had approved the work. He, again, worked all day and fortunately the weather was much more cooperative. I was extremely pleased with their service and would highly recommend All About Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We had an extremely positive experience today with this company. Nate (the plumber assigned to us) was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. He showed up on time (a few minutes early, in fact!), he diagnosed the problem quickly, and then proceeded to make the necessary repairs within a relatively short time frame. We were so impressed with him, especially given the fact that we hired a different plumbing company several months ago to fix the same problem, and they spent hours at our house, only to wrongly diagnose and incorrectly fix the issue. We will definitely use All About Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs. Great company! Thanks a lot, Nate!

Plumber arrived timely . Called and said he was coming first. Gave an estimate of the cost of replacing the pipes. Price was 30% lower than others. Arrived on time and completed the work in one day. Excellent job well done

They were able to get me in right away. Evan, the plumber was pleasant and knowledgeable.

All About Plumbing installed this outside faucet originally and so it was covered under their excellent warranty. We noticed that the faucet was leaking on top when the water was running, which indicated a leaky seal. Richard came out and for whatever reason the top of the faucet would not come off. Richard ended up replacing the entire unit and now it works like a charm. Very happy with Richard and his work.

We were hearing a strange gurgling noise coming from the basement drain which drops directly into the main sewage line. Fearing the worst, we called All About Plumbing, and Richard came out to investigate. He decided that there must have been something impeding the water flow which produced that noise, so we opted to have him clean out the sewage line. After cleaning the line from one side of the basement to the street, he only pulled out a minimal amount of roots and some paper. We still heard the gurgling noise. Then he went to the opposite side of the basement, where we have another entry-pipe into the sewage line, and he fished a camera device into the line. He ended up finding what looked like a piece of plastic-wrap, which was getting caught in the line and producing the noise as water rushed around it. He was able to get the line clean which eliminated the noise. He was very diligent in his investigation and we think the money was well spent, considering the alternative. Now we know exactly what condition our pipes are in from the house all the way to the street. There is some build-up in the cast-iron pipes which are actually under the house, but the original clay pipes leading to the street are actually in really good condition despite the age of our home. He suggested a product to us that will help reduce the build-up when used regularly and we're going to try that out. He was at our house all afternoon, and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Richard as his work is excellent!
