All About Plumbing always arrives on time and even early. They communicate clearly what will or has happened, are very clean in their work, and fair in their pricing. We were very specific about where the water lines and drains could be placed and they worked with us to preserve the integrity of the interior architecture. I have used them frequently in the past and will continue to use them for small and large projects. I highly recommend Chris and his company.

At first the person that came out could not even quote me because he said he had never seen that type before (Kinetico brand). I am friends with the owner of the company out of Raleigh and we have purchased 2 systems from him in the past. He is very helpful and willing to instruct and offer installation assistance to others regarding the Kinetico brand. The person from All About Plumbing did not want to speak to him. He left and said he would have to talk people at the office before he could quote. He came back shortly thereafter and delivered me a handwritten quote for over $2100. I found a licensed plumber that did the job for $200.

Called 7:00 AM this morning & by 9:30 AM Richard Wade arrived & analyzed our hot water heater problem and gave a free estimate. The whole unit needed replacing, he went to the home office for parts and returned within one hour. He then worked 2 hours to replace the 50 gallon water heater and never took one break. As we talked he waited another 15 minutes to check for leaks. He is a 28 year veteran and knew exactly what he was doing. If needed we will again call on All About Plumbing & Septic. This was our first experience using them...and we are so happy we found them through Angie's List. We were given a $50.00 off coupon through this month's promotion. Their promotions change monthly.

Plumber was on time, courteous and explained all options in detail. Performed his services professionally and timely. Cleaned his mess.

After over a week of overflowing drains, non-responsive plumbers and a couple of nights in a hotel (right before Christmas no less), we found All About Plumbing. How refreshing that a live person actually answered the phone! Turns out they have their phones programmed so that a live person will always answer, even if it's someone out in the field. They were able to have someone out that afternoon (other plumbers gave us a three-day wait...no bueno). It's been several weeks now, but I think the fellow's name was Evan who showed up on our doorstep. He was able to snake the pipes and then used the camera to determine that we have not one, but two septic tanks. We had already had one pumped, but this second one was the cause of all of our woes. He arranged to have the Septic division out that day and we have been happily draining ever since. Thank you, All About Plumbing! I will happily recommend you to anyone who asks, and you have a customer for life now!

These guys knocked my socks off. Both my toilets quit within about 10 minutes of each other. The handle on one broke so that to flush it, I had to take off the tank top and pull up the flushing mechanism myself. Then the other toilet got an epic clog. I got AAP's info off Angie's after seeing the 300+ positive reviews they already had. These guys picked up on the second ring, got here 20 minutes earlier than they said they would, and Richard Wade augured my toilet and fixed the other one's handle in about half an hour total. Richard was very nice and professional and I would absolutely recommend these people and use them again. I also just moved in, so Richard told me how to winterize properly when I go out of town, and he also mentioned that for folks leaving for a long time, they provide winterizing and de-winterizing services.

Scheduled same day appointment when called. Richard arrived on time, professionally dressed and mannered. Patiently listened to my concerns and reviewed photos of new plumbing construction installed in our basement I thought might be related to the problem. He explained services and cost up front. I was able to watch the camera monitor of the then unclogged line to see the condition of the 52 year old line. That was excellent information to have. That service was performed at no additional cost.

Richard came on a Sunday for an emergency call. He took care of it and also made sure that I would be able to have water until the company came for the complete fix. They certainly weren't cheap, but did a good job. I questioned the cost, but my insurance paid it.

It was a very cold day and ALL About was able to respond within 1 hour after I called. Richard Wade the technician was most knowledgeable with regards to the lime build up in our hot water heater. He had to flush it out, since it was not serviced in over 7 years. The filter was also clogged. Now, he had to hook up various hoses and pump to flush (using a hot water circulation loop)out the system which took over 1/2 hour. It went well, and we now have hot water once again. It is noted that he had to go back to the shop to get additional tools, provided me a proposal prior to starting the job, and returned promtely to our home. Thanks.

Richard Wade with All About Plumbing & Septic called to advise that he expected to arrive at our location at 10 am. He arrived on time, examined the faucet that needed repair. He advised that what the costs would be if he had to drill out another hole so the pipe would perform as designed. He made the repair and used good quality products. We are very happy with All About Plumbing & Septic's service for this job.

After crawling the length of the house through the damp crawl space, they came back and worked through the drizzle and had to cut out all kinds of roots and branches to dig a hole to get the shut off installed. They suggested a new PRV as the old one was original and would likely fail which seemed to make sense. Professional, knowledgeable and they presented options on how to approach the solution. Everything seems to be working and nice to have a shut off so I can change a washer!

After a short conversation with the appliance installer it became apparent that some plumbing work was necessary for the new style of dishwasher that I purchased. I had some extensive work done by All About Plumbing in the past and I knew the quality of their work. After a brief conversation with the dispatcher, I received a call back that I would have a technician at my home within the hour. Richard showed up, examined the whole job, including checking the work needed in the crawlspace, and wrote me an estimate. He explained my options and what needed to be done, answering all my questions. I authorized the work and Richard began the job immediately. It was done approximately an hour later and other than new plumbing and valves you would never know he was even in the home. Everything was clean and organized. Richard was friendly, courteous, and professional. Another exceptional job by the good folks at All About Plumbing. Highly recommend!
