They're excellent. They've been out three or four times within the last two years. They do what they say they're going to do at the price they say they're going to do it. They're the only people I'd use. I'd refer them.

1.So, first of all they called back -- practically instantly! That gets very high marks from my wife and me. 2. We thought the job might be too small, but the rep on the phone said no job was too small and sent a technician to look at it within about an hour. 3. The technician took us through all that needed to be done, explaining all the steps carefully and prepared an estimate right away. 4. The estimate included contingencies in case certain parts were needed. In the end they were 't needed and were removed from the invoice. I prefer having them in the original estimate so there are no surprises later. In this case the surprise was the invoice was less than the estimate! Yay! 5. Technician was knowledgeable and professional; he worked quickly and neatly, explaining what he was doing as he worked. 6. He was also very patient with our undoubtedly very basic questions. 7. All in all, a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend them gladly. Update: I forgot to mention the name of our technician -- it was Richard Wade and he did a great job. Don't hesitate to ask for him.

Carl came out and did a fantastic job removing the clog. His communication skills and knowledge of the profession were top quality from the moment he answered the call to the time the job was complete. The clog was removed by way of the outside, so there was no disruption to the kitchen area.

Richard was fantastic! A true professional with a lot of patience. We had many many leaks from the poor winterization, which became very frustrating for us. Richard knew exactly what he was doing and fixed each one. He spent all day with us and came back the following day given the hot water still needed to be turned on. I can't say enough good things about Senior Technician, Carl Dordelman. They guy is very professional - showed up when he said he would, gave me all the information to make an informed choice, and then did what we agreed upon in a timely fashion. The job was done right. He cleaned up after he finished his work. I would have never known he had been there except now everything is working correctly! Carl has helped me before on a previous job that involved tracking down some complicated plumbing issues in an old house. He has 17+ years experience and it shows. I plan to use them again for any plumbing needs and will specifically ask for Carl.

I used Angie's List to locate "All About Plumbing & Septic". I called (based on their positive reviews and grade A) on Thursday afternoon and spoke with Caleb Wilson (scheduling) and Chris Wilson (product availability and pricing). They called right back with confirmation of product availability and set me up with an appointment for the next day, Friday. Their technician, Nate Rice, arrived on time, was professional and friendly. Nate removed the old toilets and installed the new ones quickly and efficiently. He was careful to put down drop cloths and remove his shoes when going back and forth from the truck for supplies. The whole service project was great from the initial call to the completed service! I will definitely call "All About Plumbing" for my next plumbing project.

I am very disappointed the owner would not guarantee their work. Two weeks after a sewage line was supposedly cleared, the same line blocked again, causing sewage to back up into my house.. The owner said he would not send an employee out at no cost because he didn't know what had gone down the line since the employee was there. I feel that the first time the blockage was pushed further down the line, not clearing the line. Now I am dealing with sewage back up in my house a second time. And I will have to pay another plumber to clear the clog I paid them to clear.

Installer was professional and courteous. He was on-time and completed work within 2 hours. They operate on a "standard rate" depending on the job, but refused to tell me on the phone what that rate was for a toilet replacement - they couldn't possibly tell me until the plumber looked at it. So when he got here, he looked in his book and read the price. This could have been done on the phone. These 2 jobs cost $373.34 for 2 hours of work. I asked the plumber to give me an estimate to replace my shower faucet in the basement - $948!!! I rate the plumber an A, but the company a C.

The cost was actually less than his estimate because he was able to locate the cleanout drain and didn't have to remove the toilet. He sent a camera down the pipe, located the clog and cleared it..

I called All About Plumbing and another firm for quotes to repair a broken sewer line. Another company had cleared the line but found roots and a broken pipe. They had promised an estimate, but after 4 days had not responded. All About Plumbing came out very quickly and spent considerable time looking at the site and trying to determine the best and least costly way to make the repair. The house is on a slope and the break was in a confined space, just as the pipe exited the side of the house, about 6 feet down. There is no way to get any machinery into the site or the yard, to the manhole. He finally suggested running an entire new line out the back of the house, to connect to the manhole. The existing connection to the manhole was very deep. Since no equipment could get to the site it would cost $8,000 to make the repair. If I could get the Sewer Department to make/allow a new, higher tap, the job would only cost $4,800. The Sewer Dept sent someone out who said it was doubtful. I did not follow-up because... The third company came out and, with a sophisticated camera system traced the line and determined its shallowest depth. They also recommended a new line out the back, but instead of going all the way to the manhole, connect to the existing line, below the break, at a shallow point. This minimized the digging, did not disturb any of my landscaping and only cost $1,600. I hired them. So while All About Plumbing was prompt and responsive and spent time considering the options, they did not offer the best solution and their price would have been at least 3 times higher.

Technician Joe called ahead to say he'd be 15 minutes late, he arrived exactly at the time he said he'd arrive. He was very knowledegable, efficient and personable. He gave us options for several jobs needing repair. "All About Plumbing" takes care of everything coming in and going out of the house, septic too. We have found our plumbing service and feel very confident to use them for all needs in the future.
