Josh was on time, gave a cost estimate and performed a great job at the agreed upon price taking care to do a very professional job and was very courteous and polite.

It went very well. Had a good idea of the cost before starting. Richard Wade was very courteous and professional. We now have running water in the house again. We even have estimates on future work. Thank you All About Plumbing and Richard.

They were recommended by our neighbors, so we figured we would give them a try. I liked how quickly they were able to come out to our house and that they arrived when they said they would. They identified the problem quickly and were able to repair it the same day they came out even though they needed to get parts and the appointment was in the afternoon. They fixed it quickly and I felt their price was fair and what I expected.

We spoke with Alex and explained the problem. He did an estimate and proceeded to install new piping.she was extremely pleased with the work they did and the friendly manner in which she was treated! This was a great compliment coming from her! Thank you Alex and All About Plumbing!!!!

Calling and scheduling at All About Plumbing is very easy because their crew is very responsive. They call you to give you estimated time of arrival and all. Richard Wade came and did an estimate, then I called and scheduled the work. He came and all the work looks great! He also gave me tips on how to deal with minor issues so I can save money. Richard Wade is definitely very good at what he does! I just wish him or me had noticed that the dishwasher already had the loop built in... At least it looks nicer under the sink without the pipe dragging down in the cabinet.

.I had an underground leak between the water meter near the road and my house. Evan came out in the evening, and in the pouring rain, and found and fixed the leak. The service and professionalism of this company is amazing! I will definitely use All About Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were quick, efficient, and did a great job. A couple of days later, the piping started to leak a little, and they were out asap on a Sunday!! It took them 30 minutes to get here from the time I called. Excellent service! We will definitely use them again!

Very nice and professional over the phone and extremely friendly technician. They were very prompt to come out and inspect why my well water wasn't working. After testing a few things, the technician determined that a switch in the bottom of the well needed to be replaced, which meant that everything in the shaft needed to be replaced and quoted me almost $5800 for the job. At that price, I decided to get another quote and opinion. Second company I called, A 1st choice, came out and first inspected the water tank and amperage at the pressure switch, neither of which this company did. The water tank wasn't holding more than 33% of what it should be and the pressure switch was covered with black build up at the connections. They replaced the switch and tank within an hour and charged me less than 1/10th of what this company quoted. Water has worked perfectly since.

We had an attached garage that had roughed-in drains for sink, toilet and shower. Hot and cold water pex pipes were available above and accessible for the job. We wanted to start out with a provided double-slop sink and hoped that the plumber could recommend a toilet for installation at this time as well. Alex at All About Plumbing assured me on the phone that they could come out during the same week for both the estimate and the work if the estimate was okay with us. Richard Wade of All About Plumbing came out on time for the estimate on the date we chose. He explained the work and cost involved and recommended a quality comfort-height toilet. We agreed on the estimate he provided, and he scheduled the work for two days later. He was very friendly and professional. Richard came back at the appointed time to do the work. He worked throughout the day and did a clean, quality install of the sink and toilet. He scheduled the inspection for the next day. The inspector came out and passed the inspection. I would recommend and use Richard and All About Plumbing for any future plumbing projects.

I had a sewage backup problem witch resulted in sewage overflowing from the downstairs bathtub and toilet. I contacted them and they came right away. Very professional and knowledgeable. On first visit they snaked all the pipes and ran a camera to check for any issues, that worked for about 2 days and then it backed up again. On second visit the owner came out and quickly assessed and located the problem. A section of the pipe that runs from the house to the street had compacted. Unfortunately this happened right before the hurricane was due to dump rain on us for the upcoming week and they could not get out to replace the piping until the rain passed so they offered to keep our pipes flushed and in working order (at no extra cost) until they could do the work. They always showed up on time, always called prior to showing up, and were always professional. They also subtracted the initial visit cost of $300.00 from the final bill. I was very pleased with their work and very impressed with the 10 year warranty on all the work.

He showed on time and did a good job on getting our drain unclogged in the bath/shower. It had about 1.5 inches of standing water in the bath/shower and he charged us 226.57 to vaccum it out. Way to much. He stated that it was an unusual condition. I would say that is a usual condition for a plumber. Will not be using this company any longer.

Received an estimate immediately and I am now considering what action to take.

Quick response on estimate and scheduling work-able to get emergency permit b/c our water was off. Dug line pitch and replaced line & hooked into house in one day.

This company is very helpful and professional. We had our septic pumped out and inspected this time around. We have various issues with the septic and will continue to use All About Plumbing and Septic for any future needs. It is so nice to find a company that takes the time to listen and offers possible solutions.

Was surprised at how smooth transaction went through AngiesList... paid online, and the next business day the deed was done! Fast, friendly service. Great value... we're doing due diligence inspections for home purchase, and they were really swift about it.

bargain. My tank outlet wier box was very deteriorated (unreinforced concrete) and had to be replaced with an effluent filter. Filter and installation seemed a little pricey at $850 since it only took an hour or so. I have seen effluent filters online for between 100 to 300 (filter only) so I would definitely shop around on this portion of the repair if I had it to do over again. Overall I am very happy with the service and Tim made no attempt to sell me something I didn't need.
