First I thought it was my septic tank. So I asked them to clean it out. That was not the problem, but the person stayed and found the problem. He was able to get the pipes cleared. Great work!

Couldn't have been better. The experience started with an actual person answering my call and letting me know when he could get to me. The technician who came arrived when he said he would, knew just what to do, how to do it, and did it quickly. And he was a nice guy. I'll call All About Plumbing & Septic for any future plumbing needs.

It took a fair bit of digging before we found the tank. On digging down to it, it was discovered that the outlet hatch was directly beneath a huge azalea bush. To my wife's great pleasure, the tech was able to dig up the azalea, unharmed, so it could be transplanted. Once into the tank, the san tee was found to be damaged, and was repaired on the spot. All told, 2-1/2 hours work, and everything's perfect. We could not be more pleased with the work, the timeliness, and the price.

I left an email on a Sunday morning (not an emergency, just wanted to get on their schedule). I received a reply an hour later saying that a plumber would be contacting me Monday unless it was an emergency. Got a call first thing Monday giving me approximate time and another with exact time. Very nice plumber named Josh was courteous and quick with the repair. Very satisfied!

I called All Plumbing on a Sunday evening to address water leaking through the concrete block from an exterior wall into the basement. Evan arrived within 30 minutes, listened what I described, looked at the wall and advised it was probably due to a broken main water pipe. He made sure the water main was turned off and offered an on the spot free estimate to repair the pipe. I received a call the next day to advise he and his colleague were on their way. Evan and his buddy spent hours excavating along the exterior foundation wall, found the leak and installed new pipe into the house, also installing a new water shut off valve. Unfortunately, when the water was turned back on, we heard water leaking again. Here is where true professionalism shined through. Evan explained there was obviously a 2nd leak and that he and his buddy would have to excavate an additional 2-3 feet to find it; cost would be an additional $200. Evan was truthful and I appreciated his sense of responsibility and honesty in keeping me informed. After the additional excavation was complete, the 2nd leak was found and repaired. Evan showed me the 2 pieces of damaged pipe. When the job was done 6 hours later, every bit of dirt was back in place, all the water bottles removed from the yard (it was 93 degrees out there!), and apart from the fact that water wasn't leaking into the basement, you would never know they had been here. I was left with a good feeling that I had been treated honestly, repairs were done well, and I had a new plumbing company for future jobs. My water heater was 18 years old (long past its expected lifespan). It had started dripping very slowly from the pressure relief valve's pipe, so I decided now was the time to replace it. When I called All About Plumbing, they made an appointment for me immediately on the phone for the next day. Nate arrived on time, answered all my questions about water heaters, and gave good advice. I watched as he worked. He was quick and his work was done well. He enthusiastically answered my (many) questions about plumbing in general.

Called All About Plumbing on Sunday afternoon when our kitchen faucet had a major failure which was dumping water into the under-sink cabinet. Evan Rhinehart was on call and came within an hour to install a new faucet. He did a great job and left no mess. The installation carries a one-year warranty. Evan obviously knew what he was doing which gave us confidence that we wouldn't have any more problems. We will definitely have Evan do all plumbing jobs for us in the future and will recommend him to all our friends.

Was pleasantly surprised they did not charge extra to go ahead and complete needed service over the weekend. Arrived same day to evaluate, provided reasonable estimate on the spot and arrived the next morning with all parts to complete the job. Price seemed in the ballpark based on some internet searching for similar service. Frankly, even if another bid had come in a little lower, I would still be pleased. Evan, the plumber who did the work was very professional, explained the details clearly and taught me a few things I didn't know to help in the future. Everything was done promptly, as stated, the work area left clean and the repair complete. I will certainly call them again when I have any plumbing, well-pump or septic issues. The crawlspace is walkable and the horizontal run was about 25 feet with a drop of 5 feet. The cost included the hose bib. I questioned the plumber about the cost and he kept saying the costs were from a book. I wanted it done and mistakenly had him do the job. It was a good job except for the excessive cost.

When the Plumber Richard Wade Came to the house to give us an estimate on replacing the circulation pump (Jet Pump) He gave me an estimate of 0ver 2800.00 I told him that I can get a pump for around 400.00 and wanted to know what type of pump I was getting. He replied I don't know its the best and we give you a warrantee. Richard told me that The pumps you can get are junk I told him I can get the same pump that is on the house that lasted 18 years. He replied again it was junk. I asked again what type of pump I would be getting and again he could not tell me . I asked to give me a breakdown of what was being done Parts, labor.... He stated that we don't work that way. I told him I don't work that way and I wanted to know what I was getting for over $ 2800.00 for a pump that should at most cost $500.00. I said I am sorry for coming but NO THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!

Thorough job. Fast. Problem solved. Came promptly on a Saturday night. We had tried to unclog it ourselves with a 15 ft snake purchased at the hardware store. It did not work. He was able to take care of it. Great job.

This was a complete plumbing system installation on a three bedroom two bath pier and beam house. There were no redeeming features in the existing kludge of a plumbing system and I personally would not drink the water. I was also responsible for driving the quote up as I hold steadfast to old school products and preferred a copper plumbing system with specific valves. I think I received excellent value for my money and selected a plumbing company very wisely. Thank you All About Plumbing and Septic and job well done! PS: the water tastes is excellent

I called All About Plumbing at lunch time and they had a technician at my home about three hours later. Pretty great same day response time. My wife and I weren't at home at the time so the technician called me to tell me he had diagnosed the problem and what he would need to do to fix the problem, including how much it would cost. I approved the work, he went and got the parts and returned to fix the issue (replaced pressure reducing valve). After he was finished, he called me and we arranged payment by phone. All About Plumbing made the process very easy and I'm very pleased with the work. They kept me informed by phone throughout the process. I'd have no problem calling them again. Glad to have found them on Angie's List.

Went very well. They came out within an hour after when we called. Repairs were neat and professionally done. Price was good and they included discounts for being an Angie's List member and for being a new customer. Installer was courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. We definitely plan to call this company again for future work.

I was very pleased with my experience. I called for service after noon and was told that someone would be able to come in the late afternoon. I received a call a little after 3:00 and Richard Wade arrived at 3:30. He was very professional and personable. He gave an estimate, accepted my coupon and went to work. He completed the job quickly and left the bathroom in good order. He took the time to discuss what he found. He also took the time to explain to us about toilets and possible replacement in the future if we would want to pursue that. I recommend both him and this company highly.

If I could have assigned an A+ for Responsiveness I would have. I sent service request email via Angie's List and before I could close my laptop, the phone rang to schedule my service for later in the day. Wow! On the other hand, I thought that the estimate ($256.12) to install about $30.00 in parts and 15mins. labor was high. Apparently, the company charges a set amount according the repair needed rather than pricing the job according to the cost of the parts plus labor required. Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer to a breakdown of the parts and labor separately. My job was so quick and easy compared to most others; should I be charged $200 in labor for a 15-minute job? Overall, I was satisfied that the job was done quickly and correctly, but, as stated earlier, I prefer to know what I'm being charged for parts & labor separately rather than a price set by the company.

The water department said our excessive water use was suggestive of a toilet problem. A plumber earlier this week replaced the flapper on both toilets. When that didn't solve the problem, he recommended replacing the 20 year old toilets. Wanting another opinion, we found All About Plumbing on Angie's List. Kyle was at our house 15 minutes after I called. He patiently went back and forth between the water meter and the house numerous times, shutting off one toilet, checking the meter, opening it back up and cutting off the other. Then he did the same with our reverse osmosis system, and it appears the problem is in this system. We will keep it off and check our usage with the water department tomorrow. He was persistent and patient about checking all possibilities, including an irregularity in the pressure. The other plumber did not offer. Had we gone ahead with replacing some of the guts of each toilet, the $100 diagnosis charge would have been subtracted. This charge was more than fair for his time and patience. We will definitely call this company if there is a need to go forward with toilet repair or replacement.

The Technician that arrrived at our home was Richard Wade. He was excellent. He was on time, presented and acted professionally, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He also provided the estimate and performed the work. We had a leaking hot water tank that was original to the home (>15 years) it was time to replace it. Turns out hte building codes have evolved since then and Richard made sure the new installation was up to code and in compliance. Even though the hot water tank is one appliance usually ignored until there's a problem, he made sure I knew what was going with with its installation and how it should operate. He had an assistant that also serviced our home and he was equally professional. I was glad I chose this provider and they are now my go-to team for plumbing.
