We had two fallen pine trees hanging by vines a dangerous situation in our back yard. Even though we were told the company was backed up and would try to make it out within the week the very next day a crew showed up and made our back yard safe for our family. Words don’t describe how grateful I am for such a blessing of a company going out of the way to take care of their customers. The priced we paid was very reasonable as well. I will recommend this company to anyone in need of tree services. The owner listened to me when I described how I wanted to save a tree that was covered in vines And made it happen. Thank you Sutton Tree Service for making this Jacksonville Home Owner get ready for a summer of fun with her 6 grandchildren ❤️

They were extremely quick at doing the work. Very professional. Mr Sutton was very respectful and very enthusiastic about his business. He seemed to treat his workers very well. If I had more trees to remove I would call him again. I definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Suttons did an excellent job. On time, fast and super clean up afterwards. The crew worked well as a team and performed very professionally. I have no complaints at all.

They did a great job. I would recommend them to others. I don't think they are cheap but they are very good. I would use them again in the future.

They were pretty good when I used them the first time, but their prices were very expensive. That’s why I didn’t use them the second time. They charged me about $600 for 2 trees. The tree service guy was doing the work on my neighbor’s yard. I thought that I would get a good deal since he was already here. I then called up and found out that his price was double than what everybody else was charging. I had to wait for him. He came out and cut one tree. He then told me that he would come back to cut the second tree, but he took two weeks to cut the second one. He was a good guy. I wouldn’t use his services in the future.

They worked around my schedule and did a good job. The price was excellent.

Crew arrived at time agreed on and had all the manpower and equipment needed to perform the work in one day. When they were complete my yard was completely cleaned and no residue remained.
