One of the best contractors I've used. Responsive, professional, prices which are more than fair. One service was an active leak which I called about on a Friday night and they came out first thing Saturday morning. He could have chosen to cut into walls, etc., but instead troubleshot the problem and finally figured out the issue and fixed the leak. Couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely use them in the future.

Just before renovating our kitchen we had several emergency leaks that had to be repaired, and Spencer's was very quick to respond to our needs. During renovation they moved several pipes and installed lines for a gas stove. They were always prompt, professional and performed excellent work at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!!

Our neighbor had used them and then they recommended them to us, so we used them too. They showed up when they were supposed to, got the job done in a timely fashion and were comparable in price. I didn't have any problems, it was great.

We have used Spencer's on numerous occasions at our home as well as my Mother-in-laws. Easy to schedule and always on-time. The staff are very competent, and selected based on the project to be completed. The work was always professionally completed and their pricing is very competitive.

After contacting two other providers, including Three Way Plumbing, who wanted to charge almost $700 to re attach plumbing to a new sink after a countertop install, I contacted my local Home Depot and gladly paid $278 to have the same work done by Spencer Plumbing. They arrived on time, replaced some of the pvc to boot, and made certain everything worked correctly. I was advised by Three Way they would not warranty any work unless they could replace the guts under the sink including the garbage disposal which was only two years old! I was quite pleased Spencers does not pad their bill the same way, did more than I asked and were happy to do so. I will call them the next time I need plumbing service!

Spencer came to fix leaky kitchen faucet. They were very prompt and efficient. They called ahead, the 2 gentlemen that came to do service were very professional, very nice business people. I was also more than pleased with their fees. They are a family-owned business. They will send you a bill in the mail. I contracted through Home Depot. They told me I would be happy with their service, and it turned out to be true.

I called them and asked about Saturday service and they did tell me it would be basically time and a half. I still felt that, with their estimate given me over phone for my relatively minor problems, that the price was still fair to get the work done today. They stopped for a sandwich prior to coming to my home about 2:30 pm and this delayed them by 20 minutes, but they did call me. No problem...everyone who labors on Saturdays has to squeeze in lunch! Two plumbers came, Mike and Justin, and they were both very nice, very professional and easy to chat with. The plumbing job went very well - although I hated that my problems were on a weekend and this ruined my Saturday in general.

Our current toilet had a small leak that we would have needed to call a plumber for. Since we had wanted to swap out our toilets at some point for dual flush, we thought this might be a good time for this one. We bought the toilet from Home Depot and paid them $99 for installation, so it may have been less to call Spencer's directly, but we did not have a relationship with any plumber at the time. They did a good job for us. Very professional. Done in about 30 minutes and everything is working perfectly. We would feel comfortable calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

They came straight out and unclogged it. They came out six time and only charged me for 3 of the services. They told me something was wrong with the toilet so I had to contact the company that made the toilet. I can't sing their praises enough. Anytime I need anything done, I will be calling them!

The work was ok. The first time they came, they put a new garbage disposal in. I had to go and buy a garbage disposal. The second time, they came back for something and he was so dirty. He smelt so bad that my whole house smelt after he left. The price was reasonable and the work was ok. I would not get them back because he was so smelly. Other than that man smelling bad, they were fine.

I think they kind of stuck to the bid on the project. We bid it out to several the different companies and I know some of the other homes ended up being significantly more time than the original estimate due to some intricacies. From everyone I know they did a pretty good job of honoring what they put in as the bid for the job.

This is not the first time we've had them respond very quickly when we've had a leak or other plumbing disaster, and as always we were delighted with their service. They not only get the work done but are prompt and professional and always leave you feeling like you understand what your problem is, how they're going to fix it and why it costs what it does. I can't really compare them to other companies because they're one of the first plumbers I've ever called for anything and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

Quality of work ultimately performed was good. Initially Home Depot said he would call in 48 hrs., but Home Depot did not fax them the work order until two days later. When I tried to schedule an appointment with the plumber they said they would not be able to give me a time until the morning of the service date. Once plumber did arrive he was polite, efficient and even did a small piece of extra work while he was installing the faucet. The scheduling was frustrating, but work performed was of a satisfactory quality. The company did say on date of service that the owner would stay in the field until all scheduled work was completed. The price was excellent and was over 50% cheaper than a quote I received from another plumber (on a service trip that cost $49).

HE'S JUST SO NICE. MR. JOHN SPENCER CAME OUT AND HE'S JUST A REALLY NICE COUNTRY KIND OF MAN. GREAT EXPERIENCE.
