Tim explained what he planned doing to find the cloth that disappeared in my dryer and cleaning the lint from my dryer was a part of the service. He checked in the attic and the outside vent on the attic. He was very thorough and showed pictures of the lint and debris that he removed from my dryer. He was on time and excellent communication. He is well informed on how to do the job properly and correctly. And goes above and beyond. He also really explains in detail and helps you understand where the issue was and what he is doing to fix the issue. Very knowledgeable! I feel safe knowing he has fixed our mold issue and has showed me what he did. I would definitely have him come out again for the future if I need him.
