Perfect. Kevin came out to look over the project, provided a detail estimate. When I hired him, he responded quickly with at date & time he would at my home to do the repairs. He was professional, arrived on time & for me communication is key. I highly recommend Kevin for any home repairs. I will be hiring him again.

Kevin did an excellent job installing our siding shutters. He called ahead to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, and installed the shutters quickly and correctly. He took the time to answer our questions and educated us on our home’s siding wrap (he showed this to us) and on the disadvantages of caulking our shutters (it’s good to allow vinyl shutters room to move). I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs siding work or shutter installation.

Problem solved and no more water leaking in!

Kevin was easy to schedule with and arrived on time. Work was done well and efficiently.

I asked Kevin to come look at the screened in porch to inspect and see if he could detect why my porch was leaking. He reported back that the skylights were not the right kind for a flat roof. He also gave me a detailed description of the issue and how long it appeared to be occurring. This was very helpful as well as I used this documentation as part of legal action against the former owner of the house which I had just bought. Kevin sent me an email with a date for the installation and arrived on that date and replaced the skylights. I called and left a message that I wasn't at home and wanted to confirm that they had been installed. Kevin promptly returned my call and answered a couple of other questions. He provided great service and operates with integrity. I will most certainly use him again for other work on my house.

Kevin from McToolman actually just came by the house to look into completing another project for us and it reminded me that I never left a review for the excellent work he did for us back in June! Since becoming a homeowner, I have used several different handyman companies/individuals and Kevin by far the best. Not only is he incredibly knowledgable and skilled with home repairs both big and small, but he is also very honest and fair. Kevin will be the first to tell you if there is an easier or less expensive way to tackle a project without sacrificing quality. After being told by so many others that the barn doors in my shed needed to be ripped down and replaced (which would have cost me a good deal of money) Kevin knew exactly what to do to salvage both the doors and my wallet! I'm happy to report that the doors have held up very well since June. If you are looking for a good handyman, Kevin is punctual, reliable, and just an all around nice guy. It is really so refreshing and rare to work with people who have such integrity. It takes the stress and worry out of the home repair/improvement process. Thank you, Kevin!

Kevin has been in the roofing and siding business for over a decade and is also a great handyman. He really knows his stuff. He was a great help for us getting odd jobs down at our house that we were selling. I would certainly use him again.

Went very well. Kevin exceeded our expectations and fixed all of the cosmetic damage as well as making changes to the gutters to ensure the water damage does not continue. He was punctual, explained everything being done, and did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. Will definitely hire again.
