It was a great experience - Kevin came and looked at our problems - gave us a quote - we accepted - he did the job there was no clean up or mess and he answered all of our questions and if we have another problem would call him first....

Kevin came out to the house to provide a quote. I thought that his pricing was reasonable and competitive and he was able to start within a week. When the work was scheduled he was punctual and worked his way through my checklist swiftly. Kevin is very personable, polite and very professional. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done and saved me from making unnecessary repairs to a section of my roof. I was delighted with the results and plan to hold on to his card for future repairs. I highly recommend Kevin for anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, competent and reliable professional to handle roof and home repairs.

Kevin of McToolman was professional and polite, great communication. He installed exterior shutters on our brick home, very happy with the work. Pricing was what I 'guesstimated' the job would be, and reasonable.

Outstanding from first contact. Kevin responded within a few hours of email. Arrived exactly on time on the day I selected. Kevin was professional, and actually cared about my objectives. I told him the vent boots might need replacing. He completed the inspection and told me everything was great. He said it way to early to replace the boots. Kevin did an outstanding job! I was impressed with his professionalism from start to finish! He works with the homeowner, from scheduling the estimate to job completion. Honestly, the best part of the experience is he listens to what you desire the outcome to be and doesn't attempt to upscale the job. There was no pressure and he suggests cost saving ideas. Kevin was very professional and skilled. We had four very different projects and he had the knowledge to easily tackle them all and also the special tool needed to shape the flashing to the garage contours. He was extremely careful to protect our furniture and minimize the mess when he fixed our ceiling. He also was flexible with our schedule and provided clearly written quotes. Kevin's workmanship is excellent! He's a perfectionist and is so easy to work with. He even offered to fix another issue outside of the quote at no extra cost. He arrived promptly when expected and cleaned up well before leaving. His quote was higher than others I received but his work was worth it. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Great, we were very impressed. Kevin got back to us with a quote in a timely manner, showed up on time and worked very quickly and meticulously. Kevin problem solved to reroute water flow on our roof to stop water from pooling and rotting the wood.

Everything went according to plan. The basic repairs were covered in the "Tune Up and $100 Repair Credit" and the flashing wasn't. This made complete sense given the need for additional material and labor to remove and replace the flashing. In the end I was totally satisfied.

He did a very good job. The job turned out very well. He did a fantastic job, he came out and supervised his workers and I am very pleased with it. I had compared prices, and his price was good for the work that needed to be done. My deck was in bad shape. I talked with him and told him my budget, and I got what I needed, it worked out very well.

McToolman replaced a large picture window that had weathered, rotted wood on the frame along with a few other minor repairs. They were on time, did an excellent job, and we would hire them again for any job, large or small.

I had used him a while back to install an electrical outlet on the outside of the house, install a crawlspace door, and fix some cabinet doors. He did all the things on our list very well. I have called once or twice since then about other things, but he was booked out pretty far when i called.

Kevin was great and fit us into his schedule since we had a tight timeframe to get the repairs done.

This was an excellent experience! He was timely, professional and his work was superior! I would highly recommend him to anyone! We plan to continue to use him for any projects that may arise in our future!

My wife and I accepted the bid in late September and Kevin did the work in early December. He gave us a date to start the work and showed up at 7 AM that morning. Very hard worker, put in 3 long days. We are very pleased with the reconstructed dormers.
