This it the second time we have used McToolman for a roof leak. He does an excellent job.

When my wife and I wanted to reboard our back deck, my parents recommended Kevin, who they had hired before for some other home repairs. We were very pleased with the price point, the turn around speed, and the final quality of his work. We were so pleased that we had him build an extension to the deck, and once again he hit all three marks wonderfully. My only complaint is that he's so busy that we had to wait a bit to do our projects, but that just shows that other people want to use his service, too.

Kevin and his team were great. After a free estimate they were easy to schedule and arrived timely to complete the work. They did a great job during all repairs, cleanup, and follow-up. I would absolutely hire again.

Replaced roof boot repair in a timely fashion and quality work!

Kevin did a superb job on the installation. It took four hours from start to finish and he did all the steps with care and precision. We consulted beforehand about the type of skylight, where to place it, how to finish it, etc. He is quite knowledgeable and is an excellent carpenter. I did not compare pricing beforehand--I think his price was fair but I did not price shop. I recommend him strongly.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Kevin showed up on time for both estimate and actual work. Very Impressive Professional. I had water running down my siding inside my front porch. I thought it was a gutter. After a thorough inspection Kevin determined the issue was an incorrect installation of the roof along a valley line allowing water to get under the shingles and make its way to the porch. Had he not found eventually I would have had a roof decking that rotted. He gave me an electronic quote that day and we agreed on a date he could return and do the work. At the exact time he promised on the date he promised he was here and made the repairs in a few hours. After he left there was no debris from the shingles he had replaced. As if he had never been there. Then he sent an electronic invoice. After payment I got an electronic receipt. Kevin is very precise in his work. Very Neat. More important he provided excellent customer service during the estimate phase and the actual work phase. He is a true Professional. Not a backyard do it yourselfer. You cannot go wrong with Kevin. I will definitely be calling him more.

He offered two options for trying to diagnosing the problem. My option. The option we took was very reasonable price wise and it worked very well as it rained the following three days, and no leaks. Very impressed with work and professionalism. Would definitely recommend for repairs around the home.

We had an old shed that had water damaged and rotted wood on front and side. He replaced entire side and and part of another side and doors. Also put on gutters to prevent new damage. Work done a few years ago and still in great condition. Job well done and very professional. Much less expensive than buying new shed.

I had a 20 year old shed made of particle board that was completely rotted on one side due to water damage. I found that replacing the siding and doors, corner supports on the front side and some of the rotted siding on one other side was going to be much more cost effective than buying an new shed of the same size. Kevin was polite, prompt and professional. He worked until the job was done and left the area clean and tidy. He did a great job! I also had him put gutters on the shed to hopefully prevent future water damage.

I was incredibly impressed with Kevin. His communication with me as excellent - from getting the quote to sending me an estimate as well as all the back and forth with the questions I had for him. He arrived exactly as scheduled. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient in addition to being an extremely observant, smart guy. He fixed my bathroom doors in about 10 minutes - something no one else has been able to do. They all recommended I get a door specialist. It took Kevin about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem. He also took great care with my home and cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for someone who is several notches above the average handyman. He does excellent work at a fair price.
