Description of Work: I had a few odd jobs to do like replace an existing light, replacing an out door weather station battery and replace some siding which the wind blew off. I was impressed that he was on time, did an excellent job, and even though I bought the wrong light he was willing to come back a second time all for relatively small jobs.

Description of Work: Replaced fitting around 2 vent pipes, cleaned gutters and checked entire roof for repairs that might be needed. Made recommendation. Very punctual and easy to discuss problem leak. Would use again.

Description of Work: McToolman came to inspect a leaking skylight. He offered a very cost effective solution (instead of replacing a skylight) that saved us lots of money. While repairing the skylight he noticed several severely damaged patches on our roof. He replaced them and took pictures since we were not able to get in the roof to inspect the damaged AND repaired items. He was great to work with and we will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: We hired McToolman to come out and do a roof inspection on a home we were buying. He came out on the date we needed and was very thorough, We were provided with a detailed list of problems found, pictures and recommendations. We asked for estimates and received them immediately which helped in negotiations for repair. Our seller ultimately used his own repair guy but we would hire McToolman to do any future repairs or for a new roof.
