Love To Clean

I recently contacted a local company in Cabarrus county, Love to Clean about house cleaning. Since I have 3 children and a dog and I work full time, it's hard to keep a two story 2100 sq foot home tidy. The owner, Jill, replied to my email. She contacted me for convenient time for a in-home estimate. She was very polite and courteous, and took the time to explainthe services and the options (bi-monthly and monthly cleaning). Jill is a very likeable person, and I got the impression she was a very honest and trustworthy person, which is important since she will be in my home during the day when I am not there. We setup a convenient time, and I arranged access to my home for her.She explained that, in order to get my home on schedule, she would first do a "one-time first deep clean" and then the regular monthly cleaning would start in two weeks.WOW! When I got home after the initial cleaning, I was impressed to say the least. The biggest difference was in the bathroom. I guess I thought that I did an adequate job cleaning the shower, but it was SPOTLESS! The kitchen was similar.I really appreciated her hard work, and now I am spoiled with the level of cleanness of my home. Visitors have noticed too!The bottom line: This lady is a hard worker who really knows how to clean a home. She is honest and truthful, and I completely trust her in my home when I am not there. You cannot put a price on that, but she is reasonable with her fees also.
