Howell Grading & Septic Tanks

Description of Work: We had issues with water going under the house during storms. Howells had a few trees taken out and graded the land away from the house to prevent water entry. They showed up when they said they would and performed the job as agreed. The only complaint I would have is that they didn't give a written estimate and I had to ask for an actual invoice as opposed to being texted the total. We had to outline in an email the services they verbally agreed to perform. We have very little from them in writing which makes me uncomfortable.

Description of Work: Bobbie Howell (owner) installed a new 1000 gallon septic tank (w/ pump), and 300 feet of lateral. Having the pump installed required a 2 foot "manhole cover" to be positioned about 6 inches above the ground and an electrical box to be above ground too. Bobbie worked with me so that the manhole cover wouldn't be positioned in the middle of the yard. It took about 3 days to complete the installation, which included hauling in 12 dump track loads of dirt. Bobbie is very experienced and very thorough even in the smallest detail. I would highly recommend him in the future. BTW, he was $800 cheaper than the next closest estimate.
