Ryan, home inspector, and Lori, office manager, are consummate professionals. From the pleasantness of the initial call to the thoroughness of the inspection, I was completely pleased. I would hire Clearvue again without one second of hesitation. Good to know honesty and delivering real value are still cornerstones of some businesses.

Steve was extremely helpful with my inspection; he was efficient and thorough, and he walked me through the summary of the inspection at the end of it. As a first-time homeowner, this was very helpful for me to understand the severity of some of the issues he found in the inspection. Our home inspection was done as we had scheduled . It was very thorough even though it was brand new construction. The report was clear and he went over every aspect of it with us. They were excellent and we would highly recommend them.

When Ryan arrived at 9am to conduct the inspection, he realized within 30 minutes that there were problems that would prevent completion of the inspection. So he stayed for about an hour total, answered my MANY questions, and refused to charge me since factors outside his or my control prevented completion. Ryan is professional, kind, honest and reliable. I will use and refer his company again.

He was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of our questions and even answered some we wouldn’t have known to ask.

Ryan was great! Very thorough and personable. This was new construction, but he took his time and made sure he inspected it like a home that was 20 years old. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time at the end to highlight and explain the few things he was including in his report while I was there. Great experience!

The seller who was a friend told us all the known issues about the house but we wanted to make sure there were no surprises. The inspection did reveal minor surprises but nothing that would be a real show stopper however, it was enough to get us thinking about whether at our age, we wanted to go ahead with the purchase or wait on something that better suited us. We decided to wait but the home owner was able to use the inspection to get things done for the next person. The inspector also told me the good things about the house which confirmed our feeling that the house was a good house but just not for us. I feel really good about the experience and will definitely use them again.
