We needed every room in our new home painted with a better quality paint and colors. Tracy and Chris were punctual for their first appointment and came prepared with photos of previous work as well as examples of various faux finishes she had done...very professional. They were a joy to work with and I feel they picked up on my vision for the finished rooms quickly. They were also skilled in helping me choose colors that were complimentary, yet unique to carry out the color scheme for my home. Tracy is not just a painter...but an artist and decorator. Arrangements were made for them to paint my home while I was away for 2 months, therefore I gave them a house key and the code to the security system. I also told them they could take their time with this job, and do other jobs in between if necessary as long as they met our completion schedule. Tracy would call me occasionally to give me updates on how things were progressing. I never once worried about them being in my home, and coming and going as needed. Having Tracy & Chris at the house was helpful beyond expectations. They facilitated the delivery of window treatments and furniture, UPS deliveries, etc. They would call me when something arrived or was left on my porch. When we returned to our home, we were delighted with the end result. The colors, the technique used in our dining room and their attention to every detail was amazing.
