AllPhase put in our pool and built a pavilion in our backyard; the outcome is awesome! It was an otherwise unusable space because it was all sun. Now, we can spend hours out there under the shade and enjoy the pool and the outdoors. Owner Mike and Co. were great to work with. Mike was always available to answer any questions we had. It was terrific. They were timely, professional, quality of the work was professional. I had to give them a call back, didn't give me any issues. they were prompt in resolving my concerns.

Our experience with All Phase was excellent. Duane was the representative we worked with and he was very helpful. He checked the roof for hail damage, found some, and recommended we contact our insurance provider. On a subsequent visit, after the claim was approved, he did a great job explaining our options and the process. Communication was good, the job was on time and completed quickly, workers were friendly, and clean up was done well. They also did a wonderful job explaining how the payment process worked since it was a claim. We would definitely hire them again.

I have to say, I am impressed for many reasons 1. They returned my call.. 2. the same day to schedule a consultation inspection, which was thorough. 3. They then emailed me budget and we scheduled the work. 4. It started and finished within the agreed upon time. They even called me when rain was forecast so we can reschedule a few days later. 5. The crew who completed the work were professional, on time, friendly, cleaned up after each day; a month after completion and rain storms, no more leaks.. Thank you!

During the inspection it was found to actually be an AC leak in the attic. Not a roof issue. Dwayne, the representative from All Phase Exteriors was professional, helpful and courteous. No charge for no work. I will definitely call these guys again when I do actually have a roof problem.

I thought it was a little bit expensive but they did a good job. The siding is up good now, and is secured.

They did a good job. The best part was the time frame to do it which was a day and a half. They were an A on the price. That's the reason why we went with them.

Initial start was delayed 2 days because of weather and miscommunications with crew. When they came, they worked start to finish. Unfortunately, the clean-up job wasn’t as good as I expected and I’ve had to continuously pick up roofing nails staples & for paper. Other than that, every time else was taken care of.

We discovered significant dry rot inside a wall during a home renovation project. Our insurance adjuster, contractor, and carpenter all advised us it was due to some flashing that was all bent up outside. I contacted All Phases to come out and assess what needed to be fixed as well as any other areas that needed attention. They told me it'd take a week to get someone out, I told them that was fine, I also asked that they let me know the day before or the day of what time their rep would be at my house, as I would like to be there. I received no communication, I had to email in a few times to ask what time their rep would be at my house, I was told by Josh that they were "trying to get him to contact you with a time." Few hours later, I get a phone call from the technician, who is already at my house. At that point, I was 30 minutes away at work. Annoying and disappointing. Had I known he'd be there then, I would've made sure to be there. Their quote to me included repairing the flashing (most important, as water was still getting in) and fixing some siding around that same area. I paid 50% up front, and after they finished the repairs, they emailed pictures of the repairs and asked for the other 50%. This is where I messed up - I quickly skimmed over the pictures on my phone and told them all was ok, to go ahead and charge me the rest. When I arrived home that night, I noticed the flashing had not been fixed, in the two places where it was needed. THE most important part of the repair. It hadn't been done. I was pretty shocked, to be honest. I emailed Scott and let him know. He said they'd come back out in the morning to fix it. Next afternoon after getting home from work, I notice that only one of the two places that needed repairing was completed. I had to email Scott AGAIN, this time with pictures, and tell him that only one of the two sides had been fixed. They came out again, told me they couldn't get into the fenced in back yard (the busted flashing was in the front of the house), I reminded them the flashing was in the front, and they came out a final time to fix it. Email exchanges with Scott were short, really there was no apology or explanation for why it was missed. It's stressful enough to deal with repairs that need to get done on your house, but to pay a company to make the repairs and then find out they weren't done, makes things even worse. Yes, All Phases did what I asked them to do, but I really had to stay on them to make sure everything for which I paid was done. Disappointing, not to mention time consuming. We won't use them again.

They did try to find and fix the leak, and I know water leaks are hard to find, but there are only so many places water can be getting into a house. They replaced siding, trim, flashing and shingles around the chimney, and it got better, but I still have a small leak.

Fast. Finished product looks good. Left work site completely clean.

This was the second significant job that All Phase has performed on my house within the past year. I have found them to provide quality work and are very responsive with any questions or issues. They meet timetables and I recommend their work.

Overall , I would say I was, once again, more than satisfied with the quality of the materials and workmanship of this company and the consummate professionalism and courtesy from start (bidding process) to finish. I had used them before for a fascia repair and this time, with a more extensive and more expensive project, they did not disappoint. A few minor glitches along the way, but that is to be expected for a project of this magnitude. Nothing that was a showstopper or insurmountable or wasn't quickly rectified. Kudos to all: Mike Monroe (owner), Scott Holman (estimator), Duane Brewer (sales), Ann Monroe (CFO), and most especially to Dale Seely, a master craftsman who did all the ?heavy lifting? (aka demolition, construction, and refinements). The only ?suggested area of improvement? would be communications ? e.g., call when running late for proposal review or not coming until the next day; to inform homeowner of change in status of materials delivery; or when not returning the next day until materials for second phase arrive.

Allphase showed up at approximately 7:45 a.m. to begin the work. Mike , the owner, and I spoke and confirmed the work to be done. His team, Tony and Brandon, began removing the old vinyl siding. As soon as they finished, Mike's stone masons arrived and Octavio began preparing the wall for the stone application. It took several hours to install the stone and they finished by noon. The mortar was allowed to dry for a few hours before they began the finishing work. Mike, Duane and Josh were very professional throughout the whole process. There was a problem with the stone supplier shipping the stone to a wrong location, but they all continued to work to recovery the lost shipment, keeping me informed along the way. As soon as they located the missing stone they contacted me to come out the next day to begin the work. Mike and his team were very professional through this whole process and despite a rocky start they proved to me to be a very responsible and trustworthy company. The finished wall looks beautiful and I am completely satisfied with their work. I would differently recommend Allphase to anyone.

They responded very quickly, showed up on time. Those are small jobs, but they did it in an excellent way to make customers happy.

It went awesome. Haven't had any problems with ants since. They are returning again in October.

You may want to look at another company, but I wouldn't choose another company to touch my roof. These guys go way above and beyond their contracted obligations to ensure that the product that they install is outstanding.

Mike Monroe was the person who came out initially to give us an estimate on the project. He was very professional and courteous. His plan was very thorough including a double layer of water entry protection by creating an inner seal prior to putting the metal sheathing which also prevents water entry. We agreed on a price and in the process, Mike demonstrated his professionalism and genuine desire to earn one's business. When All Phase came out to do the work, they were very friendly and eager to answer any questions. Once finished, Mike insisted on driving out of his way to inspect the work. Personally, I was pleased. It had rained the day after they finished and not a single drop could be seen entering the living space, where before it leaked dramatically. Mike however, felt that it needed some slight modifications for esthetics and function. Imagine, a company volunteering to add more work to their busy schedule with no added benefit monetarily! That is what Mike has shown can be expected from All Phase, a company that is out to do top quality work no matter what. So Mike sent out another worker and he made a reality out of Mike's vision. Despite the fact that I was fine with the previous work there was no question it looked even better. All Phase certainly is out do do right by their clients. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

They do careful, well done work. The crew cleaned up after their self. They are professional. I considered the price ok.

Other than delay on start of the job, all work was excellent. Highly recommended and would use them again.
