Sloan Scapes

Called Brian on Friday with hopes he could repair my dad's sprinkler system as gift for Father's Day. He said he could get to it...THE FOLLOWING DAY. True to his word, Brian repaired the system and my dad, a true stickler for good work, said Brian did a great job. Price was more than fair and I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Brian was excellent. He was on time, professional, and very helpful getting a previously placed irrigation system running after 4 years of non-use. Thanks buddy!

Adjusted direction and flow. Fixed some issues with bad heads and helped move a few so they would optimally cover the areas they should. Previous owner had built a stone wall on top of one head and a path over another. He did a great job. I felt he went beyond what the deal was to make sure everything was working as needed. Thanks.

Bryan Sloan provided the service and did a terrific job. Even though Bryan was extremely backed up in his workload (he mentioned four to five weeks of scheduled work), he took the time necessary to ensure everything was operating as it should. He didn't rush through the process and did a high quality job. The problem we had with our flower box zone took more time to resolve than he had scheduled for the visit, but he was patient and persistent in resolving the problem. If not for the Angie's List deal that was offered, I probably would not have found SloanScapes as a service provider. Bryan did the inspection that was part of the deal and much more, plus he did not overcharge for the additional work he completed that was well beyond the inspection service. I absolutely recommend using SloanScapes for your irrigation needs and I will definitely use them exclusively for future needs.

Brian (owner) was awesome. He came out, did everything that needed to be done and apparently didn't mind me being his shadow to learn about every aspect of my system. He relocated a couple of sprinkler heads, programmed the controls to be efficient and thorough where needed. He aligned the sprinkler heads so as to not water pavement or weeded areas. I learned a lot from him. He spent a lot more time here than I would have expected, given my experience with other providers of Angies List Big Deals. He had all needed supplies with him (which likely saved me several trips to Home Depot if I had to do it all myself). Thanks, Brian!

Very nice guy (Brian) and very helpful with fixing up and modernizing the old irrigation system in our new house.

He's a busy man; rightfully so! He was so busy that he asked if he could come on Sunday and I agreed. I thought he was just going to come give me an estimate but he showed up with a helper ready to work. He was very knowledgable and easy to talk to and get along with. He seems to be a very honest and trustworthy individual and I enjoyed meeting him and he got me up and running in now time.

Brian was a delight to work with. He was at our new home for about three hours and helped us hook up our backflow which was not set up in the spring by the previous owners. He repaired a broken sprinkler head and showed us a couple to keep our eye on. We will absolutely be working with him in the future to help us maintain and repair our system as needed! Sloan Scapes is the way to go!

Incredibly easy going but really focused on the task at hand. Did a great job of explaining what he was doing, why, and any pros/cons associated. My system was installed with very poor layout & configuration resulting in over-watering of some areas while others fry in the summer. He switched some heads around and switched a few out to get more even coverage. About 3 heads were completely broken that had to be replaced.

Brian genuinely wants to work with customers and meet their landscaping needs. We will continue to use this provider in the future for all our needs.

Purchased the sprinkler winterization and inspection package from Sloan Scapes in October but we wanted to wait until late November to have him actually do the work. He was very accommodating and did a good job shutting things down. We were having some landscape work done and the company had to move a few heads so we'll have Sloan Scapes come in the spring to focus/adjust the heads. Seems very knowledgeable. Happy with the work.

Provider was very professional. When he arrived he explained what the service would consist of prior to performing it. Very clear on all details. Spent time explaining entire system and how it works (we had just moved into the house and was not sure how the system works). I plan on using him again when it's time to have the spring set-up done.

Went well and fast. They will come back in the spring and make sure it is back to normal. They were fast and have not had any problems with it so far.

Brian, the owner, did all of the work. Overall he did a great job and was very reasonable on the price. He was able to suggest a great upgrade to my landscape lighting system and was able to work around a series of wiring problems. I was very happy with the end result and his work.

I originally took advantage of an Angie's List deal. It was $45 for the winterization of my lawn irrigation system. The provider responded in a timely manner, communicated effectively, arrived as scheduled, and performed the job well. The owner performed the service work. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I also had some other irrigation questions and he was able to address each of them, including potentially expanding my system. I will certainly use him for future needs with my irrigation system.

Brian did an excellent job and I recommend him highly. He arrived on time after he called ahead (which I requested) and had me approve all his work and adjustments. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and takes the time to do the job right the first time.

Brian checked each sprinkler in each zone for functionality, leaks and coverage. Replaced one valve for a small fee to reduce excess water usage, straightened up a sprinkler head and moved another a short distance to avoid landscaping that had grown to become an obstacle. Provided advice on running and maintaining the system for best results. Definitely worth the $49 deal price.

The provider did a very commendable job and I was impressed with the fact that he called me back a week later to follow up on how things were going.

First of all, Brian was courteous, and listened to me explain what I felt was wrong with the system and what it didn't do and what it did. We then walked the entire yard locating valves and and testing them for functionality. He's good and patient. We spent the better part of 4 hours on my yard and he's was focused on fixing the problem to my satisfaction...period. He even came back 2 days later, as promised in the dark and finish installing one solenoid that was bad. Can I give him an AAA+...that's where his service rates in my book....He will be my go to for all my sprinkler needs and the only person I'll recommend.

They quality is really top notch. The customer service is good. The own themselves as the main person to work with. They invested in making sure we were happy.
