Description of Work: Started up the irrigation system and checked the sprinkler heads and replaced broken heads.

Description of Work: They set a date/time, we're 1 hour late. I tried to reschedule several times by calling and no one returned my call. I never received the service I paid for.

Description of Work: I contacted him because of wetness problem in a section of my backyard. He was pretty responsive and came on a Saturday. He checked everything, fixed a couple of the irrigation heads and a few other things. But, was not able to find the source of the problem.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's list deal and it took quite a long time to be contacted along with many unreturned phone messages. That said, the day that he called on his way made the wait worth it. First off he went to our old address (our fault) but still came to our new address which was 30 minutes away. When here he spent a long time fixing some issues and tuning up the entire system. Great job while he was here and we would definitely use him again if we had more issues.

Description of Work: Bought the Angie's Deal $49.00 tune up received a message that they would contact me once the deal offer was over. I had to reach out multiple times got promises of call backs, was told they oversold on the Angie's List deal and couldn't get to all the customers. Waited another week at this point it is ridiculous just want a refund. Will also contact Angie's List isn't ironic Angie's List's core business is helping members find reputable contractors and then they promote deals with contracts that can't handle the business.

Description of Work: The company has taken several weeks to schedule. After the initial contact I was told I had to wait until after the big deal was over before they would schedule. I wasn't contacted a couple weeks after the deal was over and I needed to make the effort to reach them. Then they responded it would be another 2 weeks. By this time it would be almost a month after I purchased the deal. I express my disappointment and told them I would be seeking a refund. After which they responded they would do it the next day (Saturday June 20 @ 11am). Then the guy didn't show up. I was contacted an hour later at 12:10 pm from a lady saying he's running over on another job and would need to come later. I was frustrated and told them I would not be seeking their services and want Angie's list to refund my money back in which they said they understood.

Description of Work: Winterized our irrigation system. Excellent service

Description of Work: Company performed a winterizing of our sprinkler system. They actually came earlier than scheduled because of an early frost. I did not meet the technician, but they were very responsive and cleanly.

Description of Work: Adjustments to sprinklers and back flow

Description of Work: We made the appointment weeks in advance and on that date, I called him to make sure I was still on his schedule. He checked out my irrigation system and repaired several places that were leaking due to my lawn crew and replaced a few "heads" that were not performing correctly. As a final step, he shut down my system for the winter.
