Paul Cafolla

Description of Work: Paul was extremely responsive. I called him on Tuesday and he came over late that afternoon to see the job which was to fix a terrible tile job that was just done by a local contractor who was not returning my phone calls. Needless to say, I was quite upset when I contacted Paul. My carefully planned out new bathroom was a mess- floor and walls. Paul came right over and made me feel confident that he could make it better. He was honest that, without tearing it out completely, it couldn't be perfect, but it would look a lot better and he thought he could get it to a point that I could live with it. He took out the grout on the floor tiles, and walls; took out individual 4 x 4 tiles and sections of glass mosaic tiles to reset crooked and/or chipped tiles and replaced and reset. He started the following day. He was professional, polite, neat and very understanding as to how I felt.He is currH
