+ -1 moreMy roof was 30 years old and was beginning to leak. Jeremy from Richardson Contracting gave me an estimate in good time, and material costs were only slightly over the estimate. Overall he put a much better roof on then what was taken off. He was very polite and made sure the work site was cleaned up at the end of each day, and when the job was done there were no nails on the ground or junk laying around. He also finished in the amount of time he estimated in the beginning. Great job and would definitely have him back to do other jobs around the house.
Description of Work: Old roof was taken off, and new roof was installed. Wood that was rotten underneath the roof was replaced. Drip edge flashing was added. An ice and water shield was added. He used the better quality 30 pound roofing felt instead of the cheap 15 pound felt. And shingles were architectural shingles rather then the standard three tab. He also cleaned all the gutters for an extra few dollars.
