The owner first came by and looked around at how my gutters looked, then made recommendations based on their condition. I was pleased that he did not suggest that I replace all the gutters. He said some of them were still in good shape so he wanted to save me money. He explained my options, and recommended a leaf guard system that would work for my wooded lot. A week or so later, two of his guys came out on a Saturday and completed the work. They were friendly and professional and completed the work quickly. I've had one rain since then and things seem to be working fine.

The job went well. We have not had rain for the last few weeks so I still don't know if they work yet. Price was less than 1/2 of one estimate for essentially the same job.

Overall, it went very well, once they came to do the job. There was some "miscommunications" regarding when they were coming to do it, but that was OK, since we weren't in a big rush.
