On President s Day, water had backed up in both toilets and bathtubs! I reached out to HomeAdvisor, put out a request and Kirby Septic responded back quickly. Jeff Kirby was here that same day and pumped out the septic tank and everything was resolved. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services!

Jeff is knowledgable as well as reliable. I encourage anyone who needs to have their septic pumped out or repaired--as we needed both--and he did a great job--at a very reasonable rate. I definitely will call Jeff the next time we need our septic system serviced. I really believe folks will be pleased and will also refer him & his work!

Kirby septic came to my house as promised at the time promised and performed the septic pumping service thoroughly and completely. It was the first time that somebody took the time to show me my system and explain all facets of it. He showed me some self maintenance to prolong the life of my system and the interval between pumping. I recommended him to the rest of my neighborhood and everyone has been very pleased with his service.

He came out within a week and pumped out the septic for far less than anticipated. He also showed me how to get into the tank and clean my own filter which was appreciated and will save me money over time. No further issues with our septic. Thank you!
