It was a literal nightmare. Kathy nearly killed me and the people I love with her horrific driving. But that was the least of my worries. I offered full price offers on 5 homes that were all rejected. After finally purchasing my home, the seller's agent told me how awful Kathy was to her in their interactions - confirming a suspicion that she may have been the reason our other offers were rejected. She was consistently late including being 45 minutes late for picking me up for the closing for my first home purchase. Considering my fury and frustration, I thought my gentle comment letting her know that I wish she had been on time was appropriate. She responded by screaming at me about how my mother must be embarrassed and other completely unprofessional responses. I would have fired her but I was in her car (already scary enough, as noted earlier) and as a first time buyer had no idea how that would impact the closing, for which we were already late. I do not recommend working with her.
