I have a 4 year old house that has cracks in ceramic tile, the whole floor (tile )was replaced after multiple attempts to fix it, the new tile installer replaced the floor. 2nd time is worst than first .it has cracked in several areas. tile installer says it is a floor problem contractor disagrees mean while I have cracks in my tile floor that no one will fix. poor ventilation underneath house insulation falling down, builder has sent a person to place more vents but was unable to do so because of a wrap around porch. as per building inspector report builder aware this may be a problem . granite counter top has 2 joins that has been fixed several times but continues to come apart. garage entrance door after only 3-4 yrs has a rotten jam. builder was very helpful at first but when these problem continued to go wrong he bailed. my roof over my porch continued to leak he did however fix that. i gave this contractor ample time to address these issues. these are not new issues but rather ongoing issues that have not been resolved therefore I feel it is their responsibility to fix the problems
