All About Cleaning

I called them but they didn't call me back. I filled an online form for them but they didn’t call me back. I have a service right now and they are not being stellar and so we were looking around to try somebody. We didn’t want to try just somebody so we wanted to see if Angie's List had a highly rated one. We did find one and filled out the from to contact and get a quote from All About Cleaning but we never heard from them. It told us something there, that they were not willing to follow up on their own form and that's something that tells us a little about them. We decided that if they did call us a week later we wouldn't go with them. They were not very convenient. In this economy there are not a lot of people spending money on house keeping so you expect them to be more competitive and have a continual contract. I had somebody come in for 16 years and I can't imagine those are not valuable. To me it was very interesting not to get a response because all of them are very hungry. I wouldn't use them again and I know a lot of people would give them a second chance. I am interested in the person who wants to do business when I need it and not when they can get around with it. It is regardless of how good they are and they might clean beautifully.

They do a good job. We've tried different ones and they have definitely been the best. It is a standard cleaning package and we don't ask for anything additional.
