+ -1 moreThey did a good job. Two technicians came out for the job. I was not home while they did the service but my contractor was. I thought the pricing was a little high. They came out when they said they would. I had no problem scheduling them out and would recommend them to others. I have even set up a service contract with them.
Description of Work: I hired the company to move an air return from the floor to the wall. They worked with a carpenter who built the frame for it.

+ -1 moreWent well. A couple of minor things that were immediately corrected at no cost. They also had a much better guarantee than the competition.
Description of Work: Aireserv did two things. In what will be an art studio they installed a highly efficient (23 seer) mini-split ductless system and also an energy recovery ventilation unit (transfers outside hear/humidity from air coming in to air going out - thus cools and de-humidifies the air in summer and does the opposite in winter). Replaced a 10 seer AC/furnace unit for the main floor of the house with an 18 seer unit.

+ -1 moreYou won't be disappointed in their quote or service. Rick Sams is a man of integrity and professionalism. Brandon Sams is a good technician as well as Jon and his other employees. Currently we are waiting to do a pressure test at my home, but first they need to replace faulty floor rigisters. I have no doubt this will take place in the next few days in a proficient manner. If you have heating/air conditioning needs you should consider this team.
Description of Work: Removed and reinstalled all duct work in crawl spaces. Replaced refrigeration line to downstairs unit. I have two rental houses. They do the preventative maintenance schedule on these houses twice a year. They are punctual and thorough. I have had very few problems over the years with these two homes even though they are getting up in age.
