Came in quickly when an issue arose and properly diagnosed and provided solutions to fit my budget. Came in for a dishwasher repair on a home warranty service ticket and assisted me with both my stove and dryer and diagnosed both without having me put a Separate ticket in. Ordered a part for me that would have cost me much more had I ordered myself. Excellent Customer Service and will be recommending V & G to anyone who needs service.

7-19-22 1st appointment for the board to be ordered $115 service call plus the part, paid $420 total. 8-5-22 came out to install the board and paid $120 for installation, but the refrigerator still did not work. The pregnant wife and her mother are suffering with no update or courtesy call. 8-11-22 came out and stated it was now a bad fan, paid $171 for a new part, and have not heard from the company since. I called and left a voice mail, no return call on 8-22-22. I emailed 14 hours ago via your Gmail address - jamestascione@gmail.com - with no reply. I sent a message on 8-23-22 to the Facebook page V & G Appliances and services, but no reply. The Facebook page had a post at 7:36 am looking for part installers. If there is an issue with the supply chain just call and let us know. If there is an issue with scheduling call and let us know. We are unable to keep food refrigerated as we wait to hear back from you. I just called at 1:30 pm on 8-23-22 and left a voice mail to call me back on 2 different numbers. Now it seems like you just ran off with their hard-earned money due to no callback or reply. I am not sure if we can trust these reviews from the actions seen with this repair. Until this has been resolved, I cannot recommend your services. Thank you.

Came out quickly & diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher which turned into it needing a new drain line.

James found the problem very quickly, looked up repair item, gave me the cost and how long it would take to get the part, ordered the part. Called the morning that the part came in and came the same day to install it.. The wife is happy and won't have to use a scrub board LOL, when she is happy, I'm happy. Very quick work, personable worker, knew what he had to do and did it. I will call them if I need repairs in the future!

He met for our appointment on time and was ready to go. Unfortunately, the repair was fairly expensive and the parts were difficult to find so I decided to replace the item entirely. I would definitely use V&G again if I needed an appliance repair.

My refrigerator/freezer was not working. The repairman was unable to determine why. He replaces a compressor controller and said it would take a few hours to see if it worked and left. It did not work and, thus I had to replace the appliance at a considerable cost.

James was on time and got my fridge fixed I highly recommend his services!

He was very good and honest. I was able to describe the issues I was having and he provided information to help address the issues I was dealing with without having to come out to the property. He was knowledgeable and was able to explain and articulate what was needed and do the right thing for his customer. This is the kind of person you want for your project.

Amazing customer service! They were repairing a dishwasher foer our 90+ mom and having to talk to me 300 miles away. LOL James was kind and professional and I felt good about the experience. Plus the dishwasher now works.
