Lightning Fast Electric

Came out same day to check power from house to system. Very kind and courteous. When it was determined we had power, he helped to contact others who might help. Did not charge for visit, even on such short notice. Will be keeping them in mind for any future projects or needs that arise and recommending them to friends!

My HVAC unit works as advertised thanks to Mr. Burns. He was fast, effective and totally successful in troubleshooting and fixing my inoperative circuit problem; a problem that my HVAC technician could solve!

My initial call to Jeff was to ask him to come fix a problem with my kitchen circuit breaker. Instead of coming to my house, he gave me some troubleshooting tips. Which I did but it did not fix the problem so I called him back 3 or 4 times and he always assisted with steps to check prior to him coming over. Because of his assistance I fixed the problem. OUTSTANDING Customer Service! I will never call anyone else for my electrical issues again.

He came in was very pleasant immediately got to work and found the problem, it was fixed within a matter of minutes and he even offered to replace both switches in the room so they were matching which was a very nice gesture! I would highly recommend to higher them if you want some good fast service!

Mr Burns arrived when promised and did an extremely difficult job for us. He was very polite and accomplished the job quickly and was very neat. We will certainly call on Mr. Burns again and highly recommend him..

Woke up to two bedrooms without electricity. Mr.Burns was first on Angie's list and had excellent reviews. I'm quite pleased that they were right on track about his workmanship and demeanor. Would use again if needed.

I built a new deck on the back of the house only to find out that by code, there had to be an electrical outlet somewhere on or close to the deck. I contacted Jeff Burns of Lightning Fast Electric, thanks to Angie's list and got the job done right the first time. I called Jeff and told him what I needed done (A light, an outlet a couple switches, problem was getting wires out there. Also a light and switch in a third floor bedroom closet). He did say that he was really busy and let me know in advance that it could not be done right away due to his workload and his obligations to current customers (which I admired), so I said whenever you get a chance, could you come over and look at the job. That afternoon he called and said he was on his way over. He showed up when he said he would and gave me an estimate which sounded good to me. He did say it might be a week or so before he could get to me but I was in no rush. Jeff contacted me on a Saturday and asked if it would be ok to come and do the job. He showed up as promised and knocked the job out in about 3 hours. When he was finished, the job looked great, wires all straight, holes cut clean. used nice GFI boxes, cleaned up everything, a true professional and a young man that must make his mother proud daily. Need an electrician? Call Jeff, you won't regret it. He'll take care of you like a friend. Pass the word.

Jeff Burns answered the phone as soon as we called. He was able to get to us when it was convenient for us. Really appreciate all his time and how polite he was. He yielded to our schedules which demonstrates how considerate he is.

.I called to inquire about getting a new outlet, since our older home has few 3 prong outlets. Jeffrey responded immediately and was able to come out the very next day to take a look. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. He was very thorough in inspecting the situation we had going on. He told me exactly what we needed and how he was going to fix the issue. He quoted me a price and actually ended up being less than expected. The work was completed in a timely manner and we are very pleased with our entire experience with Jeffrey. We will definitely be using him again for any electrical needs that come up, and I would highly recommend his services.

Jeff was great; easy to work with. He arrived as expected; took his time to thoroughly do the required electrical work and installed lighting for our kitchen remodel. Cost of services is estimated as we met Jeff through our contractor (Andy Blum at "Blum Services") therefore we didn't actually pay Jeff directly. I would definitely use Jeff again for future work.

Jeff called and agreed to help us diagnose an issue with the solar PV system. Although Jeff hasn't installed these he agreed to help with our assistance on the telephone. This was a huge help as our crew was on an install hours away from this project. Jeff checked everything we could both think of and in the end we discovered the system was producing electricity but the communication module reception wasn't picking it up since the location it was plugged in ran back through another breaker panel. Jeff thanks you very much for helping SolarTEK take care of its customers fast and professional. 5 Stars!

The electrician was extremely responsive in returning my call and discussing the work I wanted done. He showed up exactly at the time he said he would and went straight to work. He went beyond the original parameters of the work and pointed out some serious issues he found with my house electrical, making recommendations on the best and most economical way to take corrective action. I agreed to the recommended actions and when all of the work was completed, he thoroughly inspected the work and cleaned up after himself. I was shocked at how quickly the job was done and at the fair price he charged for his labor. Mr Burns, the electrician is extremely trustworthy and reliable, a knowledgeable and competent technician and very courteous and pleasent in his demeanor. I highly recommend Lightning Fast Electric to anyone requiring electrical work for their home or business.

This service went perfect. Everything's working now. I've got a remote control for my yard lights and everything is functional with no issues. Also, everything is fine now with the main breaker that he installed. Anyone who is looking for an honest electrician should give him a call.

Called electrician, Friday a.m. and he called back later that day. Appointments made for 8 a.m. Monday, arrived on time.
