The guys were here early and were done pretty quickly! The door on our septic tank is a little different but they didn't fuss at all. They were very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I called around noon on a Saturday. Not only did they say that they would be out 4:30 that same day but if for some reason they couldn't that they would be out the next morning (ON A SUNDAY!!!). We left to go run some errands and they called and said they were on their way (2:30). We checked out of the store we where in since it was about 30 mins away. Call my son to tell him they were coming, he said they were already there. We got there and he was already done. He stayed to talk to us because he caught a problem, one that if it had gone much longer could have cost us thousands of dollars. He explained that if we waited longer than a week to have it fixed that we would have to have the tank re-pumped (saving us another $190.00). He hooked us up with a company that could come out the next day. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all !!!

The company was responsive and promt. They saved our weekend plans and fixed our backup problem.

I contacted this company and set up an appointment to have my septic tank pumped. The service was to be performed on a Friday between 10-2. I made arrangements to be home during this time and waited...and waited....and waited for them to arrive. I finally called at 3:00, one hour past the appointment window, and was told that they were running behind because of the snow we'd had two days prior. That is certainly understandable, but I feel it was their responsibility to contact me and convey this information. They asked if they could come the next day and asked if I wanted an 8:00 or 10:00 appointment. I chose 8:00. Once again, I waited...and waited...and waited. I finally called them at 11:30 (3 1/2 hours past the appointment time) and was told that they were having some sort of truck trouble. Those things are unavoidable, but the lack of communication from this business is unacceptable. I did not feel that my time was valued and I took my business to a more professional company.

We had the septic tank back up on a Sunday morning at the home we have been renting for the last year. We called, Atlantic All-Pro and they were at our house within the hour. He quickly found the tank (which wasn't marked), pumped out the full tank, and cleaned out the filter, which was clogged. Also gave us info on septic maintenance as this is our first experience with it. Overall, he was quick and efficient. Would hire again.

They were very prompt. I called and they came out the next day. They were very kind and answered all of our questions.

WEnt well, call made, set up time for service, they showed up as agreed and performed.

Had the appointment scheduled between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. and was late by about 3 hours. I finally called around noon to find out when and if they were coming. Once the guy got here, he did an excellent job, was quick, and explained a few things about the septic system that was helpful information. In spite of being late, I would use this company again. A pleasant experience. The only thing I would recommend to this company is if the scheduled time cannot be met, to please call the homeowner and let them know when an approximate time they will be there.

WENT GOOD SEPTIC BACKED UP. CALLED AROUND 9:00AM HAD A MAN OUT AROUND 1:30PM SAME DAY.. DO A GOOD JOB.
