I contacted Mae-son Home Improvement and Drain to have a new toilet installed. Tim showed up promptly and on time. He was very nice, competent, and knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem. I found him very professional and would recommend to anyone I know. I also feel he charged me a very fair rate. He cleaned up the work site and made sure it was functioning correctly before he left and now I have beautiful new toilet. I will use him in the future for another small project I have. Tim the owner and his helper were awesome. They arrived at our appointment on time and got started on the installation of the microwave and the ceiling fan right away. They worked diligently and did an expert installation job. They cleaned up as the projects progressed and were professional and courteous. They made sure everything was in good working order before they left. The pricing for the job was most reasonable and I was very pleased with the amount I paid as compared to other companies. I am 100% satisfied with the overall experience and would highly recommend their services. I'm already planning my next project and will have them back again soon.

Tim was very professional and took care of the door in question and then proceded to tackle a few more jobs that I had for him- wasn't fazed in the least. Knowledgable about alot of different trades which was great! will be hiring him again in the near future.

Tim was on-time and very good at communicating. Unfortunately the peak of our house was too high for him to be able to do the work. However he was very proactive in recommending someone that could complete the job. He made the 30 minute drive out here and did not charge me for the trip. He was polite and knowlegable and I will use him on another project.
