Waynco was referred to me by a neighbor who had their roof replaced. They were very pleased, so I had them replace my roof at a house I would be moving from within a year. I was so impressed with their work, their professionalism, and the price that when I moved, I used their services again! My new (older) house needed a new roof, ridge vents, new gutters, and a few additional downspouts. A Waynco representative came out and met with my insurance adjuster to make sure I was getting the correct amount to replace the roof. The insurance adjuster kept measuring the roof incorrectly and was shorting me on the amount of materials needed. the Waynco rep was able to address the adjuster's inaccuracy efficiently and effectively. The outcome was a beautiful new roof, new gutters, ridge vents, and repaired/replaced wood where needed. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Waynco's service, honesty, and reliability (on both roofs). I would highly recommend them for any type of roofing problem you may have. I have seen some of their work at other locations and they do a beautiful job on metal and tile roofs also. If you want to see pictures, their website is full of them. Their Angies Listing says they perform 24x7 emergency service. Well I had an emergency over the weekend, and never received a call back from them. Obviously this company is a 9 to 5 M-F service provider, so they should eliminate this 24x7 emergency service indicator in their listing. If you have an emergency, call someone else.

WAYNE REPLIED QUICKLY TO MY MESSAGE & INSPECTED THE ROOF WITHIN A WEEK. TOOK 10 MORE DAYS FOR HIM TO PHONE ME WITH AN ESTIMATE OF $800. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE THAT DAY THAT WE WOULD GO AHEAD WITH THE WORK. HE HAS NEVER CALLED ( IT'S NOW 3 WEEKS LATER ) TO SCHEDULE IT.

I HAVE USED OTHER ROOFERS ON ANGIE'S LIST AND THEY WERE EXPENSIVE AND DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME. WAYNE WAS REAL RESPONSIVE, SHOWED UP AND HE IS A JOY TO WORK WITH.
