They did a fine job. There were a couple of glitches along the way. One of the problems we had was the scheduler but they did a good job. The people who were there especially the tile guys, they came when they were supposed to. They respected our property. They cleaned up after themselves which we appreciated. They were polite and provided us the services that we are paying for a lot of money. I thought it was a fair price. They did what we wanted them to do and that’s important.
Description of Work: I used Watson's Floor Covering to install hardwood flooring.

Watson's team was very professional, fast and friendly. Most of their crew did not speak English but a few spoke English well so there were no real problems communicating with the team. The moved heavy furniture. They were fast, polite, and did a great job.
Description of Work: Installer was the contracted business from Lowes. Purchased flooring from Lowes and Watson came out to install new carpet, laminate, and vinyl. They did the install in one day.

WOULD LIKE TO USE THEM BUT NOT HAPPY WITH NO CALL BACKS
Description of Work: CALLED FOR ESTIMATE WAS TOLD I WOULD A CALL ON SATURDAY TO MAKE ARRANGMENTS, DIDNT GET A CALL. CALLED SEVERAL TIMES SINCE WITH NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK.
